I’ve been coming to Junction for years, going back to the Park City days, and I still like the food. Lately I’ve been visiting the Heber location, but the experience has changed in a negative way.
The issue isn’t the prices themselves; it’s how they’re being handled. Refusing to provide a cup of water and charging full soda price if you only want water, adding a 2.69% credit card fee, and higher prices for burgers and fries all add up to a nickel-and-dime feeling. When I asked about the water, I was told it’s because some people put soda in water cups. I get the reasoning, but the execution hurts the customer experience.
If these costs were simply rolled into the price of the food, it wouldn’t feel this way. Going to a burger joint and getting charged separately for basics feels like being charged for ketchup; it creates friction that shouldn’t exist. The food is still good, but the experience now feels worse, and I’m not sure I’ll keep coming back.

We hadn’t been here for years and decided to try it out. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra tomatoes and grilled onions. And some onion rings that they saud they were out. My wife had a King pastrami burger. The main issue was it took about 45 minutes on a Wednesday eve. Clearly understaffed here. Burgers look great and were good but not great. Mine had the same number of tomato slices as my wife’s so no extra like I asked. Grilled onions were good. Fry sauce dispenser was empty. So, overall it was an average experience. Will go to the other burger places in town next time.

This place was so fun. The graffiti on the walls gave it a fun vibe. We had the special alfredo, artichoke, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, chicken pizza. The crust was pretty bland and was thin crust. The toppings were done perfectly. The pizza was cooked great so the thin crust was still soft. The service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

It’s my kind of atmosphere! Very laid back and come as you are. Food came out at a decent rate and the stuff was friendly enough and professional. Food is mid, as they say. Pizza sauce is good, crust is industrial. Had a burger that needed salt and was decent size for 7 bucks but tiny for the 11 it costs.

This was our first time here and we loved it! I got a garlic topped pizza and my wife got the veggie burger and we were both very happy. Friendly staff and fun environment too. Spacious areas and are good for either small or large parties. Amazing art throughout also. Definitely check this place out!

I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was just ok. I’ve had much much better. I got their personal sized cheese pizza for my daughter and it was a perfect size for her! I wish they had kids meals. The pizza was fine—it’s definitely not your typical pizza it seems like it’s cooked on flatbread or has the same consistency as that.

The grilled chicken salad was excellent. I was surprised by the portion of the salad! My wife and I shared one and it was perfect with a side of fries! However our friends got the pastrami burger and that looked really good! So really you can’t go wrong with this place! Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff and fast with the service!

Had a fantastic time here. The service was friendly and quick. We got pizzas, cheese bread, and a chicken sandwich. The cheese bread was very cheesy and they were not skimpy with the toppings which is appreciated.
