We took our son to this restaurant because he has been fascinated by trains lately. He really enjoyed the train bringing the food to the table and enjoyed the food. He had chicken nuggets and potato chips. The potato chips were delicious. My wife had a salad, which she enjoyed. She enjoyed that the salad dressing came on the side, not on tue salad. I had a spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, the only feedback is that the spicy sauce wasn’t spicy at all, but it was still delicious sauce.

Service is always great, the food omg it’s AMAZING!!! I come here every other month and always get their mystery tacos(if you haven’t tried them, PLEASE DO) my kids absolutely love this place! From the food to the little arcade in the back. This place is great to come with your little ones! Nothing beats seeing their reactions when the train is delivering their food. That’s the highlight of this place! Keep up the amazing work here!

This is a place that knows what it is and does. The calling card is an electric train that brings your food around the bar. Typical Diner choices. It has different things to entertain the kiddos while you wait like a model city, aracde in the back and coin operated movers in the front. The food felt heavy immediately after leaving and the entire arcade felt like it was covered in a sheen of grease.

We came to celebrate my grandson’s birthday and everything was perfect. We were immediately seated and menus and coloring pages laid out in front of us. The menu is more varied then I expected and includes breakfast options as well as ice cream treats. The washroom was spotless and even had a little stool for kids to step up on. The train delivered the food right in front of us. Each delivery is Prefaced by a train whistle so all the kids knew to be attentive. The owner was there and very hands on. Our waiter was a young man who was kind, patient and very attentive. There is a village diorama with working lights and garage doors and fire stations. There are also two engine rides for only a quarter a piece. This must be the only thing in my life that hasn’t gone up with the price of inflation. I expected to have fun; it turned out to be perfect. Give it a try. You’ll come away smiling.

This is the best train restaurant in the entire Chicagoland are, bar none. This place amazing for kids with cute little train rides, an interactive scale train set with big fun buttons that make things happen, and even a little old school arcade with games and little rewards that only cost quarters instead of dollars. And then there’s the food. It’s actually delicious with many options for kids and even more tasty choices for adults! Did we mention there is also craft beer and wine? Food is delivered via train, of course!

Great spot for kids. Plenty of beer options for parents. Food was good and reasonably priced. Definitely worth the trip if you have a little one who likes trains. Bring quarters for the game room!

Went when it was busy, so we knew service would be slow. They found us a seat at the bar so the kids could watch the train deliver our food, even made sure we were sitting down before they let the train come out. They are so nice. It’s a little worn down over the year’s, but we still love going.
