The Juicy Seafood

I have been here so many times but this was the first time I have taken pictures. I was very upset that I was told I have to pay a minimum of a $30 tip. My bill way $180 plus tip so $210. It was 2 adults and 3 kids total. I’m not complaining about the bill amount .I am complaining that I didn’t have an option when it came to the tip. This is unacceptable. Customers should be able to choose what they want to tip. Not have it mandatory of a minimum 18 % because, I spent over a certain amount. This was my last time going here.

The Juicy seafood restaurant is a top notch, I have visit the subsidiary in Charleston, and I wasn’t disappointed. we are traveling to Florida so we decided to have a stop over. My husband is a good customer. The seafood bowl was delicious, it was cook to perfection; the attendant Britany was very attentive, the atmosphere is very cosy. We enjoyed every bite. I will sure visit again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was delicious and the service was great. One tiny note, the bathrooms need more attention. I do love that they put lids on drinks so that flying crab bits don’t land in your drinks.

We were a party of 8 and were there for 2 hours. Two people in our party never received their food. When the server brought the other orders out, she asked if everyone had their food and said that she was going to check on the two orders. She came out and was serving other tables bringing out other orders for those tables and the two guests in my party never got their food. After waiting 30 to 40 additional minutes and not receiving their orders they told her to cancel them. The server never asked us about refills of water or other beverages and she just keep giggling and saying, “I am just the server” every time we asked about the food not coming out. We requested a manager, but that did no good, because she came out and gave the same answer about the kitchen being busy because it was a busy night. She just stood there looking at us. It was the first stop for a birthday celebration night for my sister and this ruin that experience and actually made us late for our next event. The server received over $60 in automatic gratuity for providing horrible service.

I’ve been here before and loved it . Went recently and my crabs literally looked like they dug them out of the garbage. It was only 4 adults and two children under the age or 3 and we were charged an automatic gratuity of 18% to which the server made 41 dollars by not doing a thing !

The food was so cold that not one bit of steam came from the bag. T.M.I but I haven’t been able to stop using the bathroom since i left The place. I will Never go back and I don’t recommend anyone else go either. POOR SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE FOOD!

We were a party of 8 and although it was busy and we were there for 2 hours two members in my party never received there food. The waitress said the kitchen was busy when she initially brought the plates. And when we checked again she just giggled and said the kitchen was very busy and that she was just the server. She never came back to refill drinks and everybody who sat around us ate and left. The manager did nothing at all except to say that the kitchen was busy and there was nothing that could be done. We were there to celebrate a birthday but this ruined our dining experience. And the $55+ in gratuity was not even earned.

We traveled here from NC this weekend for a cheer competition. My daughter’s birthday was yesterday and she has been craving a good seafood boil for months. I researched places and this one popped up with the most consistent reviews. While on the ferry I asked a native the same question and she recommend juicy seafood as well. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Snow crab was meaty and. It wimpy full of meat. Hands down one of the best I have had anywhere!!!! Server Bri was amazing. Hands down the best. Glad we took the chance as you should you will not be disappointed. I will come back even if just to eat.

Saturday February 28, 2026 @5:23 pm , my entire party of 8 were seated. Drink orders were taken shortly after. Maybe 15 minutes later, after the drinks were served, the server took everyone’s order.
All orders came out including appetizers except for 2 bag, mine being one of them. The server said let me check on your bags, we are so busy.
As everyone at my table indulges, I’m seeing tables that came in after ours get served, several bags and fried baskets passing our table. At this time it’s 6:45!
The server comes by and says still no bags (laughing )! The manager finally came over stating the same thing….. the kitchen is so backed up! After stating our concerns and frustrations with the manager about the dining experience, she offered no apology or empathy! She offered no resolution! Awful Awful Awful Awful Awful Awful experience!

We were in Savannah on a cousins weekend getaway. I saw this place and we decided to stop in. The food was delicious. I had the seafood platter and big bang deviled eggs. The eggs had shrimp on it them in Cajun sauce. I loved them! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood. If I lived in Savannah, I would definitely come back. I would like to know if it is one in Miami.
