I must say, this place competes with the OG grub and late night spots like Chilli Chilli, Quicks and Montclair deli. Being from the westside of Paterson, there is no need to head to the south side anymore. The Juicy Joint was much needed in this area, especially an all Halal deli. The place has been open 3-4 days now and it doesn’t disappoint. Of course they will need trial and error to get situated and cater to the local population—give it a chance! Veggies are fresh and proteins are cooked to perfection. Surprisingly, the mix platter did not let us down. The Philly cheesesteak was enjoyable too. I had a classic burger but devoured it on the ride back home so no picture ;x
We will definitely be returning, especially for the latenight cravings. Hinchcliff is a jump and hop away—if they continue their momentum and tweek a few things, success for this establishment can be enormous. On a side note, you know a place uses fresh ingredients when you can reheat the mix platter the following day and it’s just as good. Props to these ambitious group of guys for making the move.

Just tried their BBQ Chicken Cheesesteak, full of flavor. Just how I asked for it. Gentleman was very generous with the sauces, tried out their homemade white sauce, delish. He gave me a little fruit gushers on the house and ended up grabbing myself a drink and another snack. Great Customer Service, Will be Back.

The food quality is excellent and everything is super flavorful. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with barbecue and white sauce, a Philly cheesesteak, and two double cheeseburger, and everything was spot on.
The bread was really soft, the meats were well seasoned and flavorful, and the double cheeseburger is honestly the best in this area. Really like their Sriracha mayo sauce.
The fries were hot, crispy, and clearly made to order, which made the meal feel extra fresh. The staff is very friendly, and you can tell they care about the food and the customers. The only downside is that there is no dedicated parking and it is on a busy street, so getting a spot can be a bit tricky. But even with that, this place is a solid 10/10, and I highly recommend checking it out for some great comfort food and service.

I stopped by the Juicy Joint today, and overall had a great experience. Starting off with customer service, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I’ll say maybe 10 to 15 minutes not even. I ordered the chicken platter. To be honest, it was alright. The chicken was OK and the rice was a bit dry and didn’t have any flavor. Since this is their first week in business I want to give them some grace. It’s a small business so I am sure they are fine-tuning their recipes.
I’m happy we have a halal deli in our area and am very excited to try out more of their menu items.

Had the juicy mix platter and it was really good. Good size portions and the meats had alot of flavor and was fresh. My son had the Philly cheesesteak and said it was really good. It was a pretty big sub and the Cajun fries were on point. We will definitely be back.

Driving straight from mount Laurel an hour and half to try this spot, it was so worth it, the place is so nice and clean the staff working there are very kind and helpful. I ordered the mix platter and it tasted delicious, everything was spot on, and also took the Philly and beef platter home and my family loved it. For a deli it looks outstanding and clean, the brothers really did an amazing job decorating and keeping it spotless. The customer service was on point, they just opened and it looks like great so I can’t wait to see how this place would turn into in couple weeks from now. I will definitely be returning here.

Tried the Juicy Joint platter and it did not disappoint at all. The portions were generous, everything was flavorful and the meat was really juicy and well cooked. You can tell the food is made fresh and with care. The service was friendly and the overall vibe was nice. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend.

I tried the juicy chicken platter today, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything is made to order, which I really appreciate, and I love that they don’t use artificial food colorings like other platter spots in the area. The chicken was incredibly flavorful even before adding the special sauce, which is definitely worth trying. The menu is great, with an excellent selection of beverages. I would definitely recommend this place!
