Opportunity for [Juicy Crab Ticker Ga]

I recently visited [Juicy Crab Tucker] and I’m not a fantasy for my grandson who is four wanted this and had an unfortunate experience with an order. While I eventually received a refund for the missing item, the handling of the situation by the store manager was slow and unprofessional. The delay and lack of urgency reflected poorly on the location and could impact customer loyalty.
The server that took my order did a wonderful job. She had excellent customer So I don’t want it to get confused with the person name on the receipt from the manager, Tanisha.

The server was young and excellent. It seems to be a stressful work environment under the manager how things were moving. So some training for Tanisha – the manager is definitely something that I encourage.

I took my son and mother to juicy crab in Tucker and had an amazing time. The food was great. It came fast. We also purchased a rum punch, which was also good. Our waiter named Jimmy was amazing. He checked on us and made sure that we got our food on time and he also had a pleasant attitude. We will be returning thank you.

I came here and was very disappointed with my service. I asked for mild and food was spicy then ask to speak to the manager (Tanisha). She was very rude and told me that all she can do is re sauce the food. Then called the police on me because i didn’t wanna pay for the food i didn’t even eat.

After Thanksgiving, you’re usually tired of turkey and ready for something different. My waitress tonight was outstanding, and I was dining alone. I ordered a $35 meal, but the sausages came out undercooked. I politely asked the waitress to have them recooked, and when they came back, they were still raw.

I got up and asked for a manager. There were about 12 workers standing around, and the manager said, “Is she speaking to me?” I explained that I had driven a long way and was very unhappy with my meal. She then said, “Well, I’m sorry, the sausages come pre-packed.” I asked whether they were pork or beef, because pork especially needs to be cooked carefully. Instead of correcting the issue, I was told to pay my $43 and “thank you for coming in.” I’m praying I don’t get food poisoning.

As customers, we help keep your doors open. If the manager hadn’t been so wrapped up in conversation in the hallway with other employees, she could have shown more concern about my meal. The waitress truly was great, and I actually felt bad that I didn’t leave her a tip.

The Juicy Crab in Tucker was fantastic from start to finish. We were welcomed with a warm smile, and Dhamier took amazing care of us. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, the service was truly top notch.

The food, wow. The seafood boil was packed with flavor and the fried calamari was perfectly cooked. Great vibe, great atmosphere, and we will absolutely be back because of Dhamier!

After reading the reviews, I don’t blame the dirty looking manager Taneisha. It’s obvious that the owner is allowing her to run their establishment in the rude and disrespectful manner. She approached our table after a complaint of burnt food with her hands in her hoodie pockets and her pants hanging off of her behind with a cap turned to the back. She was very nasty and rude, refusing to fix the issue and expected me to pay for it because her exact words were “That’s what you ordered”. And it sure was what I ordered, I just never made a request to have it burnt. Teneisha is rude and nasty and definitely don’t conduct herself as a manager. Shame on the owner. But she had the right one because I didn’t pay for the burnt food but paid for everything else.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. We ordered calamari and the corn to start. Both were good seasoned well. The corn was over cooked. I ordered the pasta it was extremely wet, some people may like that but it was just way too much for me. The sausage want seared nor the shrimp. No texture to it at all. Plus again it was swimming in sauce. But overall the service was good. I wouldn’t go back. But try it, JC is a staple in Atlanta and most people like it ‍♀️

I had an amazing experience at The Juicy Crab! The service was outstanding, the food came out hot and fresh, and the entire restaurant was spotless. A special shoutout to our waitress Nandi ,she was absolutely on point and made the visit even better.
