Loved the promise of the food on the menu here, we were excited to try it based on a family recommendation. However, we were taken aback by the price for the quality/quantity of the food, and for a family of four to spend almost $100 was a bit beyond what we had planned for from a casual fast restaurant. The food was good, with a few choice sides and some tempting choices with reasonable variety, and I don’t have any complaints there. I just would have expected to be blown away by the flavors and quality for the price.

They have gluten free options which is appreciated. The portions are good size. The green beans were very salty. They gravy is salty but mellows if it’s mixed into the mashed potatoes. I got the huckleberry pie which was yummy. The chicken was also really good. I’d give it a second chance but I’m not sure it’s a fan favorite yet.

Stopped here based on a recommendation. We had a mixed experience. First off, the place was open and warm. Friendly staff with great service. The pictures on the wall are many and interesting. A drop in the atmosphere score was because the ladies restroom floor was sticky. Ick. As for the food, we both got the tenderloin pork. I got the Brussels sprouts and parmigiana mashed potatoes with gravy. Wife got the Mac and cheese and the green beans with bacon. We both agreed that the pork was overcooked. Offsetting that was the sauce, which was very tasty and sweet. We’ve had similar pork with blueberries and this was comparable and good. One suggestion would be at add a teaspoonful of capers to the dish to add some depth and offset the sweetness. The Brussels sprouts were cooked perfect and served hot. The parm. potatoes were definitely full of parmigiana cheese, but were a bit tepid in temperature. The beans and bacon were real good and my wife did comment that they were probably canned beans and she prefers it that way. The mac and cheese had a great flavor, but were dry and also tepid. Wife said, “They have potential “. All in all, not bad and good enough that we will stop by again to try some other items on the menu. One couple behind us just came in for the funeral potatoes, so we definitely need to try that, at least.

What a fun little mom and pop place. I had seen a few TikTok videos and actually was called out to do some work in the parking lot right next to the building. Went in and Eric was working. His staff and him welcomed me in, we’re willing to answer any questions I had and made my ordering go very smoothly.
I ordered the huckleberry pork loin with Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts.
The entree had some areas where it could have been a disaster but it was almost perfect. If I had been lucky to get it right out of the oven it would have been perfect BUT this is not throwing shade. This is recognizing that pork takes time to cook and even if they had to hold it to serve it, it came out very good. The Mac and cheese was good. Not greasy and good consistency. I love brussel sprouts and these were very very good.
Overall I’d go again and have a hard time deciding if I try something new or get the same cause it was very tasty.

Thanks Eric and the team!

First time visit, I’ll definitely eat here again. The tri tip is tender and juicy and served on a bed of sautéed mushrooms, the green beans with bacon are awesome, and the funeral potatoes are better than mommas and taste as cheesy as home made macaroni! Come visit Joel, and get your feed on. Fair price for account/quality of food. I’m chewing my food to Hotel California. My new favorite grill!!

First of all, the food. It was AMAZING! We will be back just for the food. However, it is your typical go to the counter and order, then sit down and they will bring your food to you. Not the greatest atmosphere, but we are used to that. But the service, was horrible. They asked for a tip when I ordered, I heard great things about the food so I left a 20% tip, about $10. So I was appalled when my food was walked over to my table, I asked where is the silverware, “oh it over there”. She wouldn’t even walk 10 steps to hand me my silverware even after I left her a nice tip!

Loved it! I didn’t know what to expect based on the location, but DON’T let that keep you away.
As a vegetarian, I was also little nervous, but the veggie meatballs were delicious. Honestly, a little too meat-like for me, but still delicious (forgot to take pics).
If the veggie meatballs aren’t your style there are plenty of meat dishes including the pork tenderloin my partner enjoyed and finished.
The sides… Also delicious, including Utah Funeral Potatoes. Honestly I thought I would find something to knock, not the prices for a combo with entree and 2 sides are actually reasonable. Not the service, it was quick, ponce we got through the entry line. Maybe atmosphere because of the location, but once inside the atmosphere was bright open.
And if you need our want an appetiser, the salmon devils eggs could have been my meal.

I was bummed that they didn’t have any chicken or tri-tip steak. So, I ordered the pork tenderloin and daughter ordered the salmon. I dont know if salmon was cooked differently, it tasted really fishy. The funeral potatoes was alright. The mac and cheese and funeral potatoes looked the same, with the cheese sauce. I really enjoyed the Huckleberry lemonade.

We saw thier booth at the gluten free expo and figured we should give a try in person. The food was great . We both had the huckleberry tenderloin with funeral potatoes and Mac and cheese. We both really enjoyed our food. The candied bacon really adds to the Mac and cheese. When I go back I look forward to trying some of the other menu options.

I would have loved to accompany this review with a photo of the spectacular mouth-gasm plate of food which is Huckleberry Grill, but I regress. One bite of the brussels and the rest was history. Seriously, the portions were huge, the flavors amazing, and the psychedelic squatch art on the walls, inviting. Skip whatever that place was that you were gonna go to. You know, the one you won’t even remember the name of after you try Huckleberry Grill.
