Food was decent. 2 small crab clusters, about a dozen shrimp, one corn and one potato was around $37..Our server Josh was great! We had like a 5 min wait on a Saturday night. Now the thing that will detour us from returning are the bathrooms! Absolutely disgusting! No hot water, no paper towels, the floors were wet with urine and water from the broken leaky toilets. Walls don’t appear to have ever been cleaned;
Porta potty’s have been in better condition. Had we seen this upon arrival we would have left as this made me think what does the kitchen look like

Service was Horrible The Server was sweet thoo , Food Had Absolutely No Seasoning. Crab legs came out half of crab legs look like it had been eaten off or anything ! Never got refills brung for beverages brung to the table ! Had to send food back twice , some food we never gotten brung to the table ! We never received our bar drinks ! Tables that came in 30 40 minutes after us all got bar drinks before we ever got drinks ! Asked to speak to a manager he acted as if he didn’t care not even a little bit ! Not mention the women bathroom was horrific ..! Very nasty !! Tissue all over the place it smelled horrible non of the toilets worked the woman had to use then men or just not go at all !! Worse experience ever my family & I’ll will not be returning again that was absolutely ridiculous & to charge automatic gratuity when your server barely comes to the tables Is idk..! business is business though and ..!

How this place hasn’t received a health code violation is beyond me. Not knowing about this place prior to, we decided to give it a go. Kids had to use the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Overflowing toilets, water and toilet paper on the floor with urine and fecal matter. Very obvious vomit on the walls and the smell was horrendous. Reported the issue to the host who did not care and continued to scroll through her phone. Obviously this concern has been noted by others on this forum for MONTHS yet the “owner” isn’t taking it seriously. So unfortunate. Service was slow and sparse and the food was mediocre. Safe to say we don’t plan to come back nor do we plan to recommend this place to anyone. Please fix your establishment.

Very good experience here. We requested a table for 24 people, which was prepared promptly. Our server Jacob was very attentive and his service was great. Food arrived fresh and hot. I had chicken strips which were meaty and had lots of seasoned breading. I do have a suggestion on music. I really think that a diverse type of music needs to be played in the restaurant, since there are a lot of different people that patronize restaurants. Hip hop is fine but some people like different things. Will be back based on food quality and customer service.

Visited this place yesterday with my son a few friends. Our host was pleasant and the guy that sat us. The table and area we sat in could have been cleaned a little more. The waiter took our order, & brought our drinks. Everything was nice. It came out hot and with 2 buckets with stuff we can use in it . I’m not sure if I’d visit this spot again because we was just in the area for shopping though

If you are in Montgomery or somewhere close and if you love southern boil and seafood, you should go eat at this restaurant. Our experience here was fantastic. The place is just lively and full of life. The servers are all energetic and seemed to love what they were doing, which is great. The management must treat them right.
The restaurant has a warm ambience and is really clean. The tiki hut at the entrance was a really nice touch and makes you feel at ease right away. The restaurant can host large groups, too. Our server was Alexis and she was really pleasant. The menu has a mix of seafood and southern fried foods. Also features a kids menu. I ordered some raw oysters. They also have boiled and fried ones. Had been a minute I had tried some. It was pretty fresh and tasted amazing, buttery and creamy. My sister ordered the half pound shrimp(no heads) with cajun seasoning. Came in a large bag with potato and corn and was piping hot. I tried some and my god they were so good. The seasoning was just perfect. Southern taste at its best. I got myself the seafood combo with crawfish, black mussels and shrimp. Came in a large plastic bag, too, piping hot, with whole potatoes and corn. I opted for the juicy crab special seasoning and wow, the flavors, they just exploded in my mouth. The seasoning was a perfect blend of butter, lemon pepper, cajun seasoning. It was just heaven. The crawfish and black mussels felt great. Although it was mid of July when we were here, the crawfish felt fresh to me. The potatoes and corn were other highlights. We truly enjoyed our experience here. It’s a must visit in my opinion.
So, what makes this restaurant amazing; the happy and energetic staff, the amazing southern taste and the laidback ambience that makes you feel you are on an island right in the middle of Alabama. It’s amazing. We actually went back the other day and ordered the same exact things as takeout. It was that great and the portions are great, too. Highly recommended. Just have one suggestion for the management. We were seated on the booth by the window, which is on a raised platform and it’s really narrow and my sister tripped twice on it while getting down. It wasn’t hard for me to see why as the platform is really narrow and it’s really hard to see it apart from the floor. Not a big issue I guess but could be dangerous at the same time. Overall, a big thumbs up for me.

Every now and then, I have a taste for some King . Although my stomach is never bigger than my imagination, I still go and enjoy myself and my stomach. The remaining I bring home to make crab cakes. The service is usually well, the atmosphere was different, and that’s usually me because I have anxiety. This time I went during lunch time on a Tuesday a lot less people, I was listening to music and my server Asia didn’t bother me much I enjoyed my quiet alone time.

Wish I could review the food, but wife and I couldn’t even get seated. Line was going out the door, people were just huddled up front waiting to be sat by the 1 singular person working the front desk. Young lady at the front couldn’t spell our names right even after we did it for her. We were told a 10-15 minute wait which turned into 30 turned into longer. We see the list she has of names and notice that our names went from 4th in line to 6th to 8th. Overheard someone leaving say the restrooms were out of order, so that’s interesting. All of this could have been avoided if we were at least seated in one of the *several dozen* empty tables in the restaurant that weren’t taken by people who ordered take out but decided to dine in. And THAT could have been avoided if we had been allowed to reserve a week in advance like we wanted, but we were told for 2 we couldn’t reserve. Probably a bad day, but you have to at least try to plan these things out, man.

My family and I decided to stop at Juicy crab to give it a try. The service was ok and so was the food. But the bathrooms in this place are deplorable. Both the men and women bathroom smelled terrible. There was sewer water all over the floors from leaking toilets. There was no paper towels. If we would have went to the bathroom before ordering our food, we would have walked right out. That was disgusting and I would hate to think about how gross the kitchen is if they are ok with the bathrooms being in that condition. It was so bad that I threw my leftovers right in the trash even though my family and I spent about $130 for the food. I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything else after walking into the bathrooms.

It was ok. Two of what appeared to be waiters were sitting at the bar eating, and playing on phones. The place was dirty, and needed cleaning attention. I was solo and sat at the bar. The bartender was decent. She was working hard, probably picking up the slack from others. My food was warmish. The sausage seemed undercooked.
