I ordered the Catch of the Day combo 7 for delivery. Being from Ohio, I wasn’t sure what to expect…maybe a Styrofoam container of all my goodies. What came was a plastic bag FULL of shrimp, potato, corn cob, and crab legs sitting in a massive pool of delicious garlic butter. In Ohio, I haven’t had food like that since Red Lobster was an actual decent restaurant in the early 90’s and even then, this FAR surpassed it. Everything was hot and just delicious. It was literally a “just dive into the bag and respond to the smells your brain is processing” If you’re dating…have plates. If you’re not, just embrace your inner primal nature. I did, and it was amazing. If I make it back down here, I’m doing this again…alone.

I came in yesterday on 2/14/26 and the experience was awful. There were 10 of us waiting for our to go orders. This is excluding the woman who opted for a refund. I arrived at 7:27 to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready by 7:30. I didn’t receive my order until 8:17 and the food wasn’t even hot. Plus there were people dining in who were also waiting on their food as well.

I came in just to order some sauce and was told there were five orders ahead of me. I ended up waiting 10–15 minutes for a single sauce, which felt unreasonable. There was no sense of urgency or communication from the staff. Definitely disappointed with the service. Overall the customer service was exceptional from the two ladies up front.

This was my Second time getting a order of nasty Food. The first time I waited a over two hours for a non tasty Shrimp Boil. The only reason I waited because my Mom was sick and this is all She wanted after not eating for 3 days. Yesterday I order Lemon Pepper Wings and Onion Rings. They Gave Me Plain, Hard Wings Pieces with Cold Onion Rings. My CoWorker ordered Wings as well and two of them were still red in the middle. Then another Coworker had a Shrimp Boil and went to cutHer Potato and it was Molded‼️‼️‼️‼️ This Is Disgusting, Unacceptable Service for a Restaurant to be Newly Opening. I will NEVER eat Here Again…Do Better‼️‼️‼️
