I have been to this Krispy Kreme many times and quite a few around the country, all are fantastic. The service was very good. They took very good care of us for our Veterans Day donut. The only sad part of my day was they no longer make the apple fritter, which I love the ones they make. Nice job.

Stopped by the Rancho Mirage Krispy Kreme and picked up an assorted dozen — great variety, something for everyone. The Original Glazed is still unbeatable: light, airy, and melts in your mouth, especially when the Hot Light is on. The chocolate iced and strawberry iced with sprinkles were fun and kid-friendly, though the flavors are on the mild side. The filled donuts (raspberry and kreme) were tasty but definitely on the sweeter side, so one is usually enough. Seasonal options like lemon or pumpkin add a nice twist when they’re available.
Service was quick and friendly, and the shop was clean with plenty of seating. Prices are a little high compared to local bakeries, but for a name brand donut, it’s expected. Best tip is to go in the morning for maximum freshness.
Overall, a solid spot for a treat box to share- classic, reliable, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Drove from Morongo Valley to Palm desert just for donuts. The associate that greeted us was very friendly. As he reached to get us donuts in the showcase in the front of the store, another older associate, then advised him to get the donuts from the back. They were just about to close. When we got home and opened our donuts, this is what we saw. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and tried them, but they tasted just as bad as they looked. Thankfully, I reached out to customer service and they were more than helpful. This review is for future customers that may live far. Please check your donuts before you head home!! Sad to say you have to check your donuts for quality control when it should be the stores responsibility.

Seems like they can never have donuts on hand even when you order ahead of time.
Also, when you do order ahead of time, they’ll tell you that the donuts aren’t in season even though it allowed you to order within the app and then they try to up charge you for the correction Krispy Kreme has really fallen off.

I dropped $50 on two boxes of donuts this morning only to bring them home and find out that the original glazed box was filled with stale, degrading donuts and all the glaze had softened and rolled off. My family wouldn’t eat them. The Christmas donuts were stale and weren’t great either and certainly weren’t worth the price. Today’s visit did not meet the standards they’re known for. I spent $50 on subpar stale donuts that my family wouldn’t eat.

The folks at this location were so helpful, friendly, and kind. I needed to pick up a treat of assorted donuts for about 100 people and they really helped me out. I spoke with Lynn the afternoon before who said she would have the order ready for me at 9 am the next day. When I walked in the order was packed and ready to go. Had a great experience here.

Krispy Kreme always has consistently good donuts. Right now they have some pretty cute fall-themed decorations and flavors, like pumpkin spice glaze or halloween sprinkles, which is fun! They are a little pricey for being a chain, but we still love them because the quality is consistent!

LOVE KRISPY KREME DONUTS- they are so delicious. This location is located inside a strip mall, with easy access for parking. KIDS WOULD LOVE IT, because they have free Krispy Kreme hats and you can also watch donuts being made. They have a great selection of donuts including some special donuts for summer (Lime, Pineapple and Strawberry with decorative frosting) . This location has some tables as well as a full beverage bar. There is also a Restroom for customers that is very clean. All of the staff were very professional and seemed genuinely happy to be there. You can buy individual donuts or buy a box. These donuts are beyond scrumptious!
