Please make sure you are thoroughly checking your pick up orders and not just taking the O.K from the workers at the front. I have been coming to this location for years and consistently. Last week when I picked up my order I was missing my half pound of shrimp. Luckily I caught it in the parking lot and was able to get it corrected. Unfortunately tonight once again they forgot the half pound of shrimp and I did not catch it until I arrived home. I called back and spoke to the manager who stated they checked the cameras and stated there were shrimp in the bag and that it was pretty much my loss because they went over it with me. I understand that’s their policy but one would think that when you have a customer who comes in frequently pretty much monthly there would be something to work out. Ive attached a picture of my create your own bag that you can clearly see is unopened and shrimpless.

We’ve always passed by this popular spot for a long time and finally went. However if your whole party has not arrived yet, they WILL NOT seat you at all. Our server was nice but when our appetizers came out they were cold. We ordered the calamari, fried oyster, fresh oyster and seafood boil. One of my kids really liked their potato and we all liked the corn. Not the highest quality snow crab but the seafood boil was good for what we paid.

We came in for lunch and we had Bebe as our waitress, she was the absolute best and was super friendly! The food was amazing as always but her customer service really made it a wonderful experience for us. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves and we will definitely be back ! Thanks!

The seating accommodations made at the host stand was awesome! The service from Carmelo, our server was amazing. The food came out promptly and seemed fresh. We joked as the food appeared a bit light in color. I said maybe the grease was changed and the food isn’t browning the same. The food was consumed and was my sole meal of the day. Please note, no alcohol was consumed. I found myself vilely sick in the middle of the night. Thinking back to the fried shrimp platter I had, I deduced it was likely undercooked. Possibly a time/temp concern.

Had an amazing time at Juicy Crab in Duluth! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I ordered the combo #5 with the signature juicy special sauce—absolutely delicious! The spice level was just right (mild), and the portion size was more than generous.
The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure we had everything I needed. The atmosphere was casual, fun, and perfect for a seafood boil any time during the day. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Food was solid—classic seafood boil with crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes all in a bag with plenty of flavorful sauce. Everything tasted fresh and the seasoning was on point. Service was a little slow and we had to wait longer than expected for our food, but the staff was friendly. Not the fastest spot, but if you’re craving a messy, hands-on seafood meal, it’s worth a try.

Always an amazing meal, have been coming to this location for a while now and it’s consistently fresh and delicious. Popcorn shrimp is hot, large portions. We ordered the Juicy Special as for seasoning and its packed with flavor. Also pictured is the fried Cajun green beans which everyone will enjoy at the table. Service is good, this location is very busy so keep that in mind when you go especially on a weekend. Clean tables, good space for if you have 6+ people. This location will always be my recommendation if you want quality seafood boil.

My server was John. He ensured that our experience was amazing. He made insightful suggestions concerning the menu from personal experience. He loved their wings and suggested that they be cooked crispy, which were scrumptious by way (*chefs kiss*). And the peach mascoto was chilled just right. Everything served from the appetizers to the meal was fresh and delicious. I have been to Juicy Crab many times, but this visit somehow tops them all.

It was an amazing experience. The service was fast but staff could be nicer. I got the shrimp and sausage combo; it came with corn, potato and egg. I had ordered extra eggs and white rice. I will be coming again because the food was delicious!

we were there for the first time with my family; I ordered a chicken tender basket with fries and then went on to order $200 worth of seafood; we waited for about 10-15 minutes and the seafood was brought out; we ate the seafood and waited another 15 minutes and still no chicken basket or fries; I asked two waiters to ensure the order was placed and was told the chef was opening a new box of chicken to fry; after about 45 minutes from when the order was placed still no fries or chicken basket; my 4 yo was starving by this point and I had to leave to take him to get food elsewhere; NEVER going back again and do NOT recommend. Food was ok but service not worth the frustration.
