I came in last night and when I arrived there was no staff at the front, so I had to wait a bit before getting seated. That part honestly didn’t bother me too much I understand places get busy and things happen. Once I was seated, my server was actually very nice and did her job well. I have no complaints about the service itself, and I want to make that clear because she was attentive and polite.

Unfortunately, the food was a completely different experience. After eating at Juicy Crab, I ended up getting really sick. I started vomiting in the bathroom, and it was bad enough that it completely ruined my night. I don’t know for sure if it was something with the food or just my stomach reacting badly, but given how quickly and intensely it hit me, it was very concerning. It definitely made me question how safe or fresh the food was.

I honestly wish I had said something to the staff at the time so they were aware of what happened and so I could’ve possibly gotten a refund or at least let them know there might be an issue. I also understand that servers rely on tips and are just doing their jobs, which made it harder for me to speak up in the moment.

Overall, between getting sick and leaving feeling uneasy about the food quality, I personally would not recommend this place especially if you care about your health. The service was fine, but the food experience alone was enough for me to not want to come back.

I recently placed an order from The Juicy Crab through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. The food that arrived was not fit to eat—the shrimp were burnt, and the rest of the meal was of very poor quality. We were left with no choice but to discard it.

I immediately reached out to both Uber Eats and The Juicy Crab to report the issue and request a refund. However, each party directed me to the other, resulting in no resolution. As a paying customer, I find it unreasonable to be caught between two companies with neither willing to take responsibility.

It’s disappointing to see both organizations dismiss a legitimate concern rather than address it properly. This experience has not only cost me money but also my trust, and I will no longer be a returning customer

Meeghan was an amazing server at Juicy Crab! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out hot and exactly how we wanted it, and she checked on us just the right amount. Her positive attitude really made the experience even better. If you’re dining here, ask for Meeghan, you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time at this restaurant and Meegan made it such a great experience! She has an amazing personality and made us feel so welcome right away. Our service was wonderful — fast, attentive, and friendly the entire time. She checked on us often without being overbearing and made sure everything was perfect. I was looking forward to a plate of raw oysters. I figured a chain restaurant would have the routine perfect.

The restaurant did not have mignonette vinegar or horseradish. The cocktail sauce was a prepackaged container and not freshly made.

I was not served a fork.

The oysters were not fully detached from the muscle.

I was very disappointed.
It’s a good thing I also ordered some buffalo wings.

First time visiting this restaurant. Will be the last. The air conditioner wasn’t working so you’d think they would put a sign on the door so customers know before coming in buuuttt no. Still open for business. My poor friend was dripping sweat his whole meal. In hindsight- I wish I’d have taken that as an excuse to leave. Awful old building smell straight through the door. It’s pungent, like old wet carpet- I wish I could describe exactly what it smells like but if I smelled it as strong as I did leaving as when I came in- I’d have turned around and went elsewhere. Moving onto the food. I had the catfish. They give you 4 big pieces with a good amount of fries. No complaints there. The “fishbowl” drink gave us quite the buzz. I grabbed six of the “juicy special” wings to give them a try and AWFUL. I don’t know if they didn’t toss them fully or what- but no ma’am. Not what I was expecting. Attached is a photo of the feathers I had to pull of the chicken that I tried before eating it. I don’t appreciate when food establishments don’t take the time to clean the chicken before frying it. That’s concerning. Our waitress was new, and she was very polite and kind so no complaints there. I hope she goes far, I simply won’t be back.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Dee Dee! From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel right at home. Her customer service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed without having to ask.

She checked in at the perfect times, kept our drinks full, and even helped us pick the best seafood options. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. Our food was delicious, but Dee Dee’s service is what made the meal unforgettable.

If you visit The Juicy Crab, ask for Dee Dee — she’ll make your experience five stars all the way!

Not only was her mixing skills on point—every drink was balanced, creative, and absolutely delicious—but her personality made the night even better. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to. You can tell she cares about providing great service and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
