I hadn’t been inside of McDonald’s in almost a year. There have been many changes with the onset of mobile apps, post quarantine era, and I was pleasantly surprised .

I was visiting family in fostoria and we decided to stop for a quick bite to eat, we were in just before 11:00 and they were already serving lunch so that was nice.

I have been using the app since its inception and with a family of seven it’s very easy to accrue points which translate into free food, so using the app was effortless and the transaction which would normally take place at the counter with a cashier and register was simply me putting the order in the app and deciding the method that I was going to pick it up .

You can pick it up the counter to leave, you can dine in with tableside service, you can go with your drive-thru and then I believe most McDonald’s have doordash or Uber eats to deliver and you can choose all of this in the app .

We decided to eat in today and per the norm using the app was efficient and quick, the only issues that I usually have when I’m either going through drive-thru or picking up at the counter is that a lot of times they will have drink selections in the restaurants that are not in the app, so going inside today I was able to actually enjoy root beer, which isn’t always listed in the app when you’re placing your order to go or through the drive-thru .

We went inside and sat down. Each table is numbered and when you place the order you can sit down and when you select that you’re going to eat inside the restaurant, they ask you to enter your table number. Once you’ve got your order all put together and you’ve verified which restaurant you’re going to be ordering from, and within a few moments they brought the order out to the table and we were able to grab our napkins as well as drinks with the lid and straw station on our own .

The food at the fostoria at McDonald’s was fresh, hot and I’m not sure what it is about eating inside of the restaurant that’s different than in the car but it was really nice.

My sister and I ordered from their value menu which was a meal that was the daily double with a four-piece nugget, small fry and a small beverage for $5.99 and I was just as satisfied with it as I would be getting a full size value meal for $12 . $12 .

My niece ordered the ranch crispy chicken wrap meal with fries and was able to substitute the soft drink/beverage with a frappe. It did cost I think $3 and some change more but she enjoyed herself and her meal.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the staff were bringing the orders out to different patrons that came in and quite friendly and attentive .

All in all I was very pleasantly surprised and I’m sure I will go back again .

The restaurant itself probably had about a dozen tables, some had the booth backing on one side and regular chairs on the other and then there were a couple of booths in the restaurant along the window side minimal, but just enough .

It was lunch time in full swing by the time we left an hour later and the drive-thru line was moving quickly, people were eating inside the restaurant and leaving and everyone seemed to be happy and satisfied .

Overall, I think the staff and Management at this restaurant have done a good job and at the end of the day I will visit again when I’m in town.

PS The only thing that stood out is needing improvement was the floors seem to be slippery. The floor was dry and yet at the back of the restaurant going towards the restroom, when my niece was walking her feet were sliding .

Usually no problems at this location. Tonight is the worst experience Ive had. Whoever was on burgers must have been trying to take someone out. I took one bite and it was so full of salt and pepper. ☠️ I thought maybe just that spot had some extra but NOPE. THE WHOLE THING. so coated I couldn’t save it. So coated that 20m after that initial bite my mouth is still tingly and burning from all the salt and pepper.

I am so angry with the service I received, I paid $5 for a large iced caramel macchiato, waited 15 minutes, and got a drink that was clearly underfilled by over an inch. When I asked if this was really a large—especially since there was a bigger cup right there—I was told yes, like I wouldn’t notice. This whole experience felt careless and insulting. For what I paid, I expect my order done right and on time, not this sloppy, dismissive service. Fix this.

I ordered two double hamburgers(nothing special was requested). What I got was one double with only onions and the other was a single patty plain. I got major attitude from the young girl working the drive thru window when I went back to get it corrected. I will not be returning to this location.

Used drive thru on Tiffin Ave in Findlay. They are fast and accommodating to my special order of a Quarter Pounder with Mac sauce. Fries are hot and crispy The best Coke in town!

I got there exactly right in the morning and when I was trying to get service through the drive-thru no one answered and I understand they’re busy and trying to set up for the morning so I pulled around to go to the window when I got to the window I got the most disrespect I have ever gotten from a food service and I understand that no one wants to be there at 5:00 a.m. in the morning but you shouldn’t talk to customers the way I was talk to I hate to say that I will not be going back to this exact location because who knows if it’s just the one person or if it’s all of them and I understand people have bad days and no one wants to work that early in the morning but no one should treat another person and make their day bad because you aren’t having the best day so I hope the person has a better day but should learn that your feelings should not affect your way you sent yourself at work

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald’s, not only did I NOT get my sauce but the lady at the window said the sauce was in the bag. Surprise there’s no sauce and now I have kids that won’t eat.
