The management of this restaurant is awful and the employees need to learn how to clean instead of lounging around, playing on their phones!!
Restaurant is dirty!!
I needed a refill as did others in our party. I had to find a server and ask for refills smh!!! As per usual, they were all seated at the bar and hanging around the hostess desk on their phones, etc!!
My family and I decided we will spend our money elsewhere! The food was “ok” but it left a lot to be desired.
The appearance of the restaurant is shabby and like the food, it left a lot to be desired as well.
We have dined at several Juicy Crab locations and this one by far is the worst!!!

Absolutely the best service and food! Leslea and Gabe were amazing. Gabe even remembered exactly what I usually order, which really made the experience feel personal. Great customer service like that means a lot. Thank you both for always making it such a great visit!

Place a to go order online at their website, days to be ready between 7:15p & 7:20p.m Got there at 7:20 ask the guy at the bar for my order since no one was up front, he went to check and said another 6-7 mins. Came back at 7:30 p.m a girl at the desk went to check and said she didn’t see my name at all so she reordered everything. No apologies or anything. 8:00, no food . If I knew how to cancel my order online, I definitely would have.

My family and I go here all the time and always have a wonderful experience. We are normally served by a young lady named Ro who always makes our visits so much fun and brings a friendly/homey vibe. She is the absolute greatest, we just came and ate for my birthday and she served us. Her services as per usual is a 10/10. She is so kind and attentive.

Food is good enough for price ..waitress Olivia was great! She was helpful and sweet & super friendly. The resteraunt, however, is filthy and anyone not helping a customer was sitting down ,eating and socializing..we also witnessed bartender enter bathroom with gloves on and come out with same and go right back to the bar..we ordered no alcohol but still…ewwww..and if you have time to lean..you have time to clean ..ty olivia..but we won’t be back.. too grossly dirty.
