Horrible customer services from two employees at the pickup counter for delivery services/call in orders. Horrible with having delivery orders organized and horrible at being mindful to giving orders to the correct delivery person. Employees horrible at providing customers an update of their orders. They don’t acknowledge or greet you when entering to pickup delivery orders. This actually happened 3/31/2023. Two good things: they do show customers their food before they leave. Decent enough parking. However having horrible customer service outweighs those two good things and that’s why I rated them a one. Delivery services you will have to go on the inside to pickup. Door inside of restaurant that saids pickup.

Took husband here to eat some seas food for his birthday, the first time here and our experience was great! Our server Jeremiah was awesome!! And the food was delicious. The staff sang happy birthday to my husband and provided him with a slice of cheese cake. Overall great experience will recommend!

As far as food quality, this is the best location. I’ve only sat and eaten inside twice. I’ve ordered from ubereats about 10-15 times since they’ve opened. They are not perfect, but pretty consistent. Whoever made my 1/2 shrimp no head tonight is the MVP!!! AMAZING.

About a week ago I came in with a small group for dinner. The food was fairly good and our server was quite nice and helpful. However, when we first arrived, there was a younger lady at the host stand being incessantly berated by this older employee. It was a very awkward situation, seeing a grown man talk with such disrespect to a younger coworker. Later during our meal, my curiosity got the better of me and I asked an employee for the older gentleman’s name. I came to find out that the older employees name is Vincent. I now wish I would’ve spoken to a manager to relay how inappropriate and unprofessional this interaction had been. If a manager reads this, please teach your employees, especially this older gentleman Vincent, to treat each other with respect and kindness. It was quite embarrassing seeing such behavior from a grown man. If I visit again, I’ll be hoping to see a change in attitudes.
