Juicy Crab never disappoints! The seafood is always fresh, seasoned to perfection, and served piping hot. I tried the crab legs with the juicy special sauce, and it was absolutely amazing—just the right mix of flavor and spice. The shrimp and corn were a great bonus, and everything was cooked perfectly.

First EVER visit to any Juicy Crab location. We were greeted and seated immediately, the atmosphere was super fun! 25 min, a bathroom trip, and 15 stomach growls later, still no service. (No “hello”, no drink, no taking out order, nothing at all…). They weren’t overly busy for a Saturday night, they were steady and plenty of people seemed to be happily eating, we just never got that opportunity. The restroom needed attention as well.

I haven’t been to the Juicy Crab in years, but decided to the Snellville location for a late lunch on December 31, 2025. I got there and there was no host, so I patiently waited and he showed up 5 minutes later, which was fine. I was seated and noticed that he wasn’t at the host stand because he was also cleaning tables. It wasn’t packed, but there were several tables. I waited almost 15 minutes before I asked the host if my server knew I was sitting in a little nook. A few minutes later a young lady showed up. Because it took so long, I placed my lunch order with my drink order. She was pleasant, but I noticed she was the only server for the entire restaurant. When my food was ready, she ran over and dropped it on the side I was not sitting and ran off. No gloves, no bib or bucket for the waste. I ate and didn’t bother her. I ordered the one cluster crab legs with shrimp, potatoes and corn. I used to get the mild garlic, but it really didn’t taste the same as I had back I went there often. I needed a refill and didn’t see her for a minute, but flagged down the manager, who was now running around cleaning tables. I had to flag down the lady at the bar to pay my check so I could leave. It’s safe to say, I won’t be going back.

It was a To-Go order, but over the phone the employee needs to listen with empathy, especially when a customer is paying for a meal. We want to ensure and enjoy the full experience. Other than that, thanks!

Horrible customer services from two employees at the pickup counter for delivery services/call in orders. Horrible with having delivery orders organized and horrible at being mindful to giving orders to the correct delivery person. Employees horrible at providing customers an update of their orders. They don’t acknowledge or greet you when entering to pickup delivery orders. This actually happened 3/31/2023. Two good things: they do show customers their food before they leave. Decent enough parking. However having horrible customer service outweighs those two good things and that’s why I rated them a one. Delivery services you will have to go on the inside to pickup. Door inside of restaurant that saids pickup.
