First time here. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. They were quick with my acia bowl but upon getting home I realized that it was mostly granola and fruit. Hardly any acia blend. I could hardly choke it down with so much granola. The granola also had brown sugar in it which I would have declined if I would have known.

Literally just had such a great experience here. And although my 2 year old was melting down for no reason like 2 year olds like to do, the employees were so kind and helpful, they even helped me pack up the rest of our food to go and helped me out the door. The one employee was even sweet enough to come out and distract my son for a minute while i was getting all of my stuff ready to get out the door. There is a good amount of seating and even a cute little coloring section for kiddos. The nutter butter smoothie straight up tastes like a pb&j. The caprese toast on sourdough was beautiful and delicious- so filling too. The Asian chicken salad was big but clearly my eyes were bigger than my stomach today. Can’t wait to have it for dinner. And all of this was super reasonable. They even offered to split the smoothie into two cups so my son and I could share it (they read my mind).

Got a salad to go. It looked good on the surface but once I opened it I found rotten floppy romaine, dry/flavorless chicken & rotten avocado that had been cut and smeared into the bowl. Everything is OBVIOUSLY bought pre-cooked & pre-cut and no preparation is done on site except assembly. I had to throw it all in the trash, waste of $13.. I would’ve rated higher for the service since it was quick but it was only fast because they just dumped stuff in the bowl & didn’t even look at it first.

My salad looked good but once I started eating it, it was another story. Super dry and barely edible chicken. It was supposed to have turkey bacon and got super fatty regular bacon instead. Really disappointing and a rip off. Just go to Wegmans for a pre-made salad. It’ll be a similar price or less and way better.

Ordered my lunch at 11am on a Thursday and it wasn’t ready until 12:20pm! Waited 10 minutes for acknowledgement from the staff for help when I arrived. I only ordered a Nutter butter Smoothie and a Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap, should not have taken 1.5 hours to make. The Nutter Butter Smoothie was good, but the Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap was just ok. The cauliflower was barely steamed and drenched in buffalo sauce with huge chunks of celery and tomatoes. This is the Second time I have ordered from this store and the wait time gets worse every time. Wouldn’t recommend this location for lunch.

Absolutely love coming to The Juice Pod. Place is gorgeous, staff is wonderful everytime, and the bowls and smoothies are always fantastic! Highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by and give it a try!

Absolutely hands down the best smoothies and bowls I have ever had anywhere. Love it here.
The girls working here are always friendly and helpful.
Salads are sandwiches are solid, but not as good as the smoothies and bowls.
Some negatives:
They never have loyalty cards which is a bummer and prices are rather expensive. Perhaps comparable to a similar place but if you want to get 2 smoothies and 2 entrees here, be prepared to pay as much as you would grabbing entrees from some nice restaurants.
Having said that – still best smoothies ever and I keep going back for them and the bowls.

I feel heavily deceived, I read the ingredients on the smoothie I ordered on the menu and saw it being made with extra ingredients not being mentioned as I have a very severe stomach issue, I couldn’t even drink the smoothie after.
We also ordered the turkey paninis and got a SLICE, 1 SLICE of turkey meat in our sandwich, what a joke.
Never coming back here again.
