Lots of history here. A cross between a dive bar and historical relics (old beer cans, music memorabilia, and bar history). There is a relatively small selection of beer and liquor here. This is a neat place for a drink and a stroll around to view the history.

Went here last Friday night. We had an overnight stay in Eu Claire and decided to check out the night life..,now Id like to tell you that I’m an older guy and not a college hipster, and I’d like to say this place was awesome. The regulars were cool to visitors and very accommodating. Needless to say we had a blast there.

The people here are always so nice. The bartenders have a laid-back attitude but still get you your drinks quickly. I go here on my lunch breaks a lot so I like that you can get an 8 oz pour for $1.50. The 50 cent pool is a bonus, but I think what makes this place so unique is the overall vibe you get when you walk in and the eclectic group of regulars bellied up to the far end of the bar. I haven’t met a person here yet I would regret buying a beer.
