My daughter and I were out shopping for our upcoming GALENTINES Day gathering. We stopped in for a bite to eat. Easily the menu was NOT overcrowded with items, but with the RIGHT COMBO of things!!! Sarah, our waitress was the SWEETESS GIRL to us! She was very personable as we shared small talk about where to find cute things for VDay. So much so that a Strawberry Shortcake French toast made it to our table by way of Sarath and AJ!!! I’LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Sarah is hands down the best waitress there. She’s always so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She’s quick with everything and always checking in to make sure you have what you need without even having to ask. She works really hard and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and doing a great job. On top of that, the food here is amazing. Everything always comes out fresh and tastes so good every time we come. Sarah is a big reason we love coming back.

This place is decent. It’s hidden inside the little mall so it took a bit to figure out how to get in from the parking lot. (The big sign for the restaurant is on the corner of the building / strip in front of the swimming pool place). The servers are friendly and attentive. The food is good but not as good as I thought it would be.

I had such a great experience thanks to Sarah at Jagged Fork! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked in at the perfect times, made great menu suggestions, and kept everything running smoothly without us ever feeling rushed.

Loved our brunch with my family there! Food and atmosphere were fantastic, very family oriented restaurant! I only wish their coffee selection was better though, maybe a bar style espresso machine would be a good addition to the restaurant. Luxury Chaos
My friend and I both ordered the traditional breakfast. His eggs came without the cheese he requested, and when he asked for it to be added on top and melted, it was poorly done. The bigger issue was the silverware. I was given two different sets that were clearly dirty, and the third set had a bent, crooked fork. Whoever rolled the silverware clearly didn’t even look at them, because the dirt was obvious. I ended up having to track down my waitress for plasticware. Very unimpressed with the establishment and won’t be returning.

I’m not exactly sure what’s happened, but the last few times I’ve been to this location, service has been awful. I’ve tried to be understanding because mistakes happen, but I don’t want to deal with this anymore.
In September, I ordered a coffee that never came. I had to remind my waitress of it, and it still didn’t come. Turns out it was sitting on the counter forgotten.
In November, I ordered my food, and in a relatively empty restaurant I still didn’t have it nearly 30 minutes later. The waitress came by and asked me if I was ready to pay the bill, at which point I asked when I could expect my food to come out. It turned out that they hadn’t even sent my order to the kitchen.
Today, with only four other tables filled, I sat down and was presented with a menu. 20 minutes later, nobody had come by to take my order. I ended up leaving.
I love the food here, but I’m just not willing to put up with this anymore. I don’t want to play a guessing game as to whether or not I’ll be eating within an hour of sitting down.
