This was our first visit to The Jagged Fork and it was a great experience. Maria (our server) was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped guide us on our orders. She was super friendly, attentive and fun. We each ordered a build-your-own omelette and upgraded to a specialty pancake. The omelettes were delicious and had generous fillings. The specialty pancakes were outstanding. I would highly recommend a visit!

Fantastic pancakes, and the Farmers Omelette did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean, the service was great, and the food tasted fresh. This a great spot for breakfast/brunch at a good price!
(Disclaimer: A portion of the omelette was eaten before the picture was taken.)

Our server was wonderful, and the food was just as amazing. I ordered the banana Nutella crepe with added strawberries, a peach mimosa, and sausage links, and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend all of it. The Jagged Fork is a fantastic spot for brunch and definitely worth a visit.

We stopped at The Jagged Fork in Southfield for a business brunch, and it turned out to be an excellent choice from start to finish. The atmosphere struck that perfect balance between casual and professional—comfortable enough for conversation, yet lively enough to feel energized. It’s the kind of spot where you can sit down to discuss work, enjoy great food, and still feel relaxed.

The staff was friendly, prompt, and professional from the moment we walked in. Even during the late-morning rush, the host greeted us with a smile, and our server made sure we were taken care of the entire time. They refilled drinks without being asked and checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without interrupting our discussion.

For my meal, I ordered the corned beef and hash skillet, and I was honestly impressed. The corned beef was flavorful and perfectly tender, with those crisp little edges that show it’s been cooked just right. The hash browns underneath had the perfect golden crunch while still being soft on the inside—well-seasoned but not greasy. The eggs on top were cooked exactly how I asked, which tells me the kitchen pays attention to detail. Every bite had that balance of flavor you want in a good skillet—rich, hearty, and satisfying.

The portion size was generous, definitely enough to keep you full well into the afternoon. Presentation-wise, it looked just as good as it tasted—simple, hot, and fresh. You can tell this place takes pride in its food and doesn’t cut corners.

The atmosphere made it easy to hold a professional conversation. Even though the restaurant was buzzing with guests, it wasn’t too loud. The décor is bright and modern, and the overall energy of the place is upbeat but comfortable. You can tell it’s a local favorite—lots of regulars, families, and business folks grabbing brunch before heading back to the office.

If you’re looking for a brunch spot that combines great service, quality food, and a comfortable setting for either business or casual dining, The Jagged Fork in Southfield hits all the marks.

Brunch here was excellent! I had the omelette, avocado toast with eggs benedict, and a cinnamon swirl pancake, and everything was spot on. The omelette was fluffy and flavorful, the avocado toast was fresh and topped perfectly with the eggs benedict, and the cinnamon swirl pancake was the perfect sweet treat, soft, warm, and full of flavor. Portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was just as good as the taste. The oanckae syrup is served warm, the people are also nice and warm. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying and delicious brunch…I’d definitely come back.

Very interesting place, but not in a good way. This spot is extremely busy and has lost its attention to customers. It doesn’t feel like a nice place to enjoy a relaxing breakfast—it feels more like a fast-food money maker. Definitely not the experience I was looking for.

Totally loved the food portions for the price. The waitress was very pleasant. First visit and she made some great recommendations which we totally enjoyed.
Will definitely visit again whenever I’m back in Southfield

Had breakfast for long awaited family get together. Thinking it was Rochester Hils, and reputable place, went there. Not busy. Only about 20 customers there, including us five. Ordered over medium eggs that were raw. Sent back against better judgment of course, as most places don’t take kindly to that. But, eggs raw. ‍♀️Asked for cooked eggs, received burnt in return. (Why I never send back!) they were brown and no sane person would eat them. I didn’t touch them. Waitress didn’t inquire cooks, gave to me, didn’t care I didn’t eat. Was a waitress for 13 years and would never serve the overdone, burnt eggs. $13 for raw eggs then burnt. Will never return.

I had recently been to the location in West Bloomfield and had a great experience, My kids had a half-day and we decided to go to the Lathrop Village location. Despite having a lovely server, Our food was absolutely vile. It looked as if the eggs came from a buffet, The chocolate chip pancakes only had chocolate on top of them, And the guacamole toast was straight up brown. My kids and I were so grossed out we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I felt so bad for the server that I didn’t say anything to her and gave her a nice tip and my bill was $80 for absolute garbage. I strongly recommend you avoid this location and the owners need to take a look at what’s happening in their kitchen. It is a completely different place than the West Bloomfield location. I’m adding a photo of our Brown guacamole toast for your viewing pleasure. I can’t believe I spent even a dollar in this place.
