Brought my niece here for lunch. Atmosphere is quiet and friendly. Food is very good. We had the chimichangas. The chicken one was a bit too spicy but overall was fantastic. The steak ranchero one was on point. If you like guacamole, theirs is amazing. We also had the bean and cheese nachos. A little less bean, little more queso and these would be fire. Their salsa they first bring out is very good and a bit spicy but not overly so. Queso has good consistency and flavor. Staff is very nice and accommodating. As a local who has eaten pretty much everywhere here, I definitely recommend this place.

The chips and salsa were so delicious! We ordered chicken soft tacos, taco salad, and chilli colorado. The food was so delicious. Really didn’t like the margarita. It was just a plan slushie, no flavor and no alcohol. Will never order that again for the price.

I tried to call this location but their phone line was down/disconnected. I tried several times, so did my husband. After that; I placed an online order with El Ranchero. When you click “order online” it has many different options, and Seamless is listed as one. I placed my order and it said it would be ready between 10-20 minutes. After 15 minutes, I went to pickup my order. When I got there, the person at the register said they don’t use Seamless and do not have my order. Although I already paid for it through Seamless. They told me I would have to contact customer service to get a refund. I was able to cancel my order with Seamless, so I asked the person at the register to put in the order for me, since he said it would only take 5 minutes to make. I asked him to place my order and told him what it was. At this point it had been nearly 25 minutes since I placed my online order. Since I had originally already paid and was going to pickup my order, I didn’t have my wallet. I ran out to my car to get my card to pay. I was back in less than 30 seconds, and the man at the register was gone. I waited for five minutes and no one greeted me or addressed me at all. There was a man rolling silverware and sat some people that came in behind me, but didn’t say anything to me while waiting. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting, a woman comes up to the register and asks how she can help. I said I just need to pay for my order, which should be done by now. I explained to her the situation. She checks and doesn’t see my order in the system. I ended up leaving without any food due to frustrations and lack of customer service.
Recommendations are to remove Seamless as an option for online ordering so this doesn’t happen to other people. Also, making sure the phone number listed on the website is in fact working. This whole thing could have been avoided.

Shrimps(shrimp fajitas) are too good and one of the best ones I ever had. They are so tender and perfectly cooked. I also ordered El Ranchero it came with chips, beans, and chicken it was good as well. we got chips and salsa as starters even before we started ordering, the funniest thing is I assumed the food quantity will be relatively less as I had same experience with other Mexican restaurants in town so I started munching chips and salsa. To our surprise the quantity is reasonable for the price and at the end I couldn’t finish my food completely. I couldn’t even try desserts as i’m full already. But food was great and worth trying.

The service and decor here was top notch. I ordered the El Ranchero Chimichanga and shrimp fajitas. The chimichanga steak was slightly underseasoned for my taste (but still fine). The shrimp fajitas were good.

But watch them closely, as they do not like to give your proper change back to you. I left tip on table. But when I checked out the waiter handed me back $2 from a $20 that I paid with. And kept almost $1 worth of my change. I wonder how much a day he walks away with keeping money that does not belong to him.
