The ambiance is always nice and inviting with a grown and sexy vibe. The lounge is never filled with smoke. The food & drinks are amazing! Cloud 9 has the BEST wings in town hands down!!! I would definitely recommend it to others.

Good food but Careless and and sloppy service. Order my 10 wings at 9:20 pm and left at 12:20. They forgot my ordered, then told me to wait. After a hour i was told they ran out of wings. They told me i could get something else but forgot to put that order in too. Smh all while my server sits on the phone( not checking to see if they have my food) caking with some younger lady he met on Facebook. Just awful

I do love coming to cloud 9 on Thursdays but last night, November 2nd 2023, the “security” at the back door was extremely RUDE. We were instructed to leave out of the back door by another employee since the main door was locked. As we were walking out he yelled at us saying “get out, hurry up get out”. I felt offended which resulted in exchange of words. This is no way to treat paying customers and it is unacceptable for a man who works there to speak to women in that manner!
