The main course was the biggest letdown. The steak was excessively salty and completely lacked flavor, even with the sauce. It tasted like nothing more than unseasoned meat with salt. For a restaurant that positions itself as five-star, this was unacceptable. Especially for their extremely high priced menu!!!
Service was also weird. When I raised the issue with the server, their response was dismissive. They appeared annoyed, offered no apology, asked no questions, and simply said “I’ll them know.”
What should have been a memorable experience turned into a frustrating one. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for special occasions.
*** Update: I was contacted by the admin manager, who showed sincere concern and tried to make this matter a much better experience. I am truly grateful for this and Happy to give them another chance.
Our server was clearly inexperienced and did not even attempt to make up for it with pleasantness. Forgot to put in our appetizer order and then acted like he never received it in the first place. Drinks took longer than the food to arrive, and were mediocre.
Apart from the food, this place has a long long way to go to even be considered fine dining. I think we forget that the ambiance, service contribute just as much, or even more to the experience.

Service charge came up to 1000$ and after we ( group of 5) didn’t tip, the server became unpleasant. Why would be pay on top of the service charge when the server simply took our order, brought our food and checked if we ready to pay yet. 1000$ is enough for simply doing your job, if the server would’ve been really nice or checked a couple of times making sure everything is alright ect then we would’ve given a tip.
Overall a disappointing experience, the place looked fancy so we expected the food & service to be on a higher level.
Steak was good very flavorful cooked well
The sides however was absolutely HORRIBLE the garlic mash had was to much black pepper so much that you can see it in the potatoes not sure how one can mess up something so simple Mac and cheese was very grainy
The sauce that came with the salmon was very salty and awful not sure what that supposed to be.
The service was good.
Drinks was good also
Sides should be worked on this is the second time im coming for dinner and the sides were horrible
To note, parking is limited, so be early!!
The food is fine, the ambience is ok, the service is correct. But nowhere is normal that a -regular, nothing fancy- vegeterian dish + still water equals 400+ TT dolars!!!
