One of the best in mall.restaurants you’ll ever go to. Although we waited 5-10mins for our server who was very nice, rhe food was excellent. We had the farlic bread pizza, a sausage 12″ inch pizza whoch was ok but the everyrhing strombolis was awesome. They give you drinks in mason jars and the kids can draw all.over the paper placemat. Quality of food is awesome. We also had wings because rhey were on soecial.and those were very good as well.

Bad experience. Ordered meal for delivery. Chicken was hard as a rock and lettuce was cut in large chunks. It ended up in trash. Called IO and spoke to manager, she was not helpful or friendly, told me to call DoorDash!

This place is truly a hidden gem. Granted, we had just left a place we had a terrible experience at in the area and ended up here, but we were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was super awesome. So nice and easy to find if we needed anything. I highly recommend the fried cheese. Basically just mozzarella sticks, but so much better. These are homemade. The only thing I didn’t care for was that this place is in the mall, and there were screaming children just below us. Their voices echoed throughout. Other than that, it was by far the best dinner out in a long time. Food was great, the service was great and the prices are not bad at all.

Out of the handful of times I’ve gone here, only once did they miss a single ingredient, and it really didn’t change the taste of the dish I ordered. They ended up providing it after I asked.
Great experience each time I go there.
I also perform there every Saturday and the customer service plus food never disappoints! I usually get either a chicken broccoli Alfredo, pizza, panini, or spaghetti and meatballs.

The food was amazing. We had never been there so I was worried but no worries. Tasted wonderful and cooked great. Wings are definitely something we will go back for!
The only complaint I have was when we first arrived, a man was going to seat us, he was very nice, then suddenly a woman server approached and began yelling at him that he was wrong for where he was going to be seating us and you could tell the man was embarrassed, as we all would of been. It didnt deserve that type of attitude or discouragement especially infront of customers. I was then also hesitant to what our service would be like but the girl that waited on us was very pleasant.

The medium rare ribeye was gray and gross. It tasted like it was covered in A-1 steak sauce. All of the sauces were broken like they were reheated and microwaved. You know it’s bad if the kids won’t eat the mac and cheese or chicken strips. Even the spinach artichoke dip was broken and soaked in oil. This could be a great place with effort from the kitchen. Our server was really nice though.

This was an outstandingly negative experience. The food was ok, cheesy bread sticks whatever were under cooked totally, big loaf of bread hard as a rock, lemonade was beyond gross, the waitress although very cute and nice, is not cut out to be a waitress. Over a half an hour to get a drink, 45 mins for any sign of food, forgot our salad dressing and still brought the wrong ones! List goes on and on. Other tables with kids waited even longer than we did, so I cannot be that upset. Just giving an honest review

I was informed today after I was ask how things were, that they have not raised their prices in 3 years and that is good, if you don’t take into consideration the portion sizes go down. The prices staying the same and the portion sizes going down, in turn that means the price is still going up. It is sad that you go to lunch and your still hungry when you are done. I miss the big portion days. I can justify going out and paying the bill, when you can get two meals for the price. I got the unlimited salad and single bowl of soup, no offer to bring me another salad. I am sure I could have asked for more, but I don’t feel I should have had to ask. We felt very rushed today. We were rushed to order and a he needed to get the table cleaned off before we were done eating. Can’t see going back in the near future. I guess that they shouldn’t ask for my opinion and then get defensive when you answer honesty.

Things have changed a lot since we started going there years ago. The change in the food and preparation was not a pleasant experience. No longer the quality that always kept us coming back for a reasonable price. I’m sure the location at the mall entrance has something to do with it, as not many consumers pass through anymore. I wish they would relocate to a different area. The mens bathroom was disgusting from no cleaning and maintenance. Don’t bother going through the traditional private entrance because you won’t be seated. You’ll have to stand I’m the mall hallway until you are noticed and seated. I’m very disappointed but not surprised. The Italian oven is at the level of most other take it or leave it restaurants and shops in Johnstown.
