Service was so kind and friendly. The food was fantastic. The lemongrass tofu had so much flavor, and the grilled shrimp tasted fantastic. We especially loved the crab fried rice — plenty of crab, plenty of delicious flavor. Probably some of the best fried rice I’ve had, ever!! Highly highly recommend. A gem in the Eden Center.

Captain Saigon exceeded our expectations with their catering for our company meeting. Their delectable spread, including mouthwatering fried rice, perfectly sautéed veggies, fragrant lemongrass tofu, their renowned crispy pork, and authentic Vietnamese coffee, left everyone raving about the flavors! Not only was the food exceptional, but the staff and owner were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment of the food.

I got the pork vermicelli platter. It was evident that all ingredients were fresh, including the pork. The pork was amazing. It had the perfect crispy skin that only crisps up properly when it has never been frozen. The accompanying chili sauce was made on site of fresh ingredients as well.
The serving size is generous and price reasonable. I could have gotten two meals from the serving size. All together with a beer, i couldn’t have asked for a better meal at the $20 range.
The owner met me at the entryway. He saw my bicycle told me I was welcome to bring it in or lock it up to his patio railing. He answered any questions I had. He and his staff struck a good balance between welcoming and smothering.

Last weekend, I saw a new restaurant was running the Grand Opening. I tried their Patio BBQ for some seafood and a Geoduck Sashimi. Their seafood was fresh and they could make sauces by your request, the staffs were helpful to recommended, they had crabs for special prizes. Only 20$/dozen for big male crab and 10$/dozen for females which are amazing in town.

If you love seafood and sashimi, definitely order abalone and sea pineapple from this place! They also have really really delicious toro and fresh fish sashimi on demand like a Korean raw fish restaurant!

This sugarcane juice costs $10 and it tastes MOLDY. Later when I was trying to check it thoroughly I found a dead fruit fly in it??! Worrisome hygiene conditions.
