Wonderful atmosphere! Great homemade dishes! Fresh pizza! A small nook in the wall place that is friendly and great service too. We enjoy it every time we go dine in and carry out.

The staff were super friendly, and the food was the best I have ever eaten. The price was pretty reasonable also! Definitely going to be eating there more often! I don’t even really like tomatoes and I tried this appetizer, and I enjoyed it!

The food is always fantastic! I’ve had quite a few things from the menu and I’ve never been disappointed. Sometimes it takes a little time to get the food so not the best place if you’re in a hurry, but if you’re willing to take your time and enjoy the atmosphere of a small town joint, you will be pleased with the outcome.

I’m not sure what changed in the last few months, but the lasagna has gone from amazing to blah. We stopped in today for a quick lunch, but we were there over an hour, mostly waiting for food. We ordered when the server first came to get our drinks. The salads took over 20 minutes, and getting a fork took another 5. It is pretty interesting to me that a restaurant that has a sign on the door to wear a mask, would hand deliver two unwrapped forks and set them on the table. Gross. Once we finally got our food and asked for drink refills, we were sorely disappointed by the food. The hot Italian I’ve ordered for years was tasteless, and again, the lasagna had lost its originality. If you’re looking for a quick lunch, skip this joint. Perhaps a laid back Friday night with a pizza may be a different experience, but we won’t be back anytime soon.

While the food is good, sometimes even superb, the service can be lacking. My main complaint is sometimes I will have 10 or 15 minute wait on a refill. If I didn’t come here fairly often I might could overlook this. But the wait staff know I drink fast. This problem occurs whether I come right at opening, at lunch time, after lunch, or at dinner.
I am adding this addendum. I am a pasta person and LOVE their many pasta dishes. But unfortunately I will no longer be able to orfer them. The three knots you get are not quite enough for me. To get more knots I have to purchase more. I have been to Italian restaurants, along with other types, and NEVER have I had to buy bread when I had already purchased an entree.

Easily the best place to eat that we tried in Childersburg! Garlic knots were good and the Italian Sausage roll was great. Also had the loaded meat pizza which everyone enjoyed. Priced very reasonably. Good service. Every thing is cooked to order so it takes a while but it is worth the wait. If we make it back for the races in Talladega this will be a usual stop for us.

Great Italian food served in an inviting atmosphere – the whole family was impressed. The selection is good and is priced right for the local area. The calzones are large and amazing and the pizza was delicious. The wait staff was friendly and efficient.

This is a very nice little cafe! The food is excellent and costs only a fraction of the price of what you would usually pay for this quality of food. We decided to take a chance on this place after visiting De Soto Caverns, and it was an excellent decision. We highly recommend.

The lasagna was excellent. Bread portions were extremely small and hard. Service was friendly, but delivery of food to the table was pretty slow. Ordered a side salad, took 20 minutes for iceberg and tomatoes.
