I had the Hot Mess sandwich with salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, pastrami, red bell peppers, spinach on butter garlic Texas toast with the Mare-nerra dipping sauce and salt vinegar chips! It was AMAZING!!!!!!! I’ve never had anything like it. Highly recommend! Try the chicken and meat quesadillas! Delicious!

Definitely the best pasta I’ve ever had and it came from a food truck Cajun spicy pasta for the win. To top it of the owner and the people who run it made the experience even better. If your hungry or not definitely stop by and try this truck out.

We tried them when they were at Down South in El Paso. We got the chicken and shrimp alfredo (cajun dish named “Cluckin Prawn Star”), and we enjoyed it immensely. Kind of forgot to take a photo; it disappeared fast.

Holy cow! I stopped here for lunch. Not only was the service fast I’m talking 5 minutes tops but the food was amazing. It was so good I stopped and got it for dinner too. I can not recommend this little food truck enough! Best hot sandwich I’ve ever had (the hot mess).

Watered down, jarred sauce. Looks can be deceiving because upon opening my to go box, I was excited. Two bites later, it was in the trash and a pizza order had been placed. I wish the food was as good as the service.
