Fish was top notch. We went through drive -thru then had to wait, but they apparently make everything fresh. They were super kind. The only reason I put a 1 for atmosphere is because we never left the car.

The staff was very friendly. I heard lots of communication from behind the counter in regards to work being done and orders, which is awesome! They literally had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a fast food place.
They were organized, clean, fast, and the food was put together nicely and was super fresh!

Spring Disney
By far the best fast food spot. It’s one of the few places our picky family can all agree on. I get their grilled cheese with toppings and it’s my favorite. My kids love the kids meals, they give them a lot of different options and include a small ice cream. The staff is also so polite.

I got lunch for my granddaughter to surprise her. There isn’t a Culver’s in Toledo, so I stopped in Monroe. Told them I was driving to Toledo and didn’t want her ice-cream to melt so they packed it so it wouldn’t. Thwy were very helpful and kind. Thank you for making her day special!!

I’m stuck in a rut and always order the roast beef sandwich which is very moist and tender. One of these times I’m going to try the walleye! I also had the cashier salad but it was so huge I took two-thirds of it home. Very good!

Do not order the chicken sandwich. Super dry and over cooked. This location has been going down hill for some time now. Tables are always dirty. No reason when there is only a handful of people eating. The booth back walls are even dirty. The fries are also under cooked. This Culver’s use to be the best. We drive from woodhaven to this one but not anymore. Hopefully the woodhaven one won’t be like this one or the Taylor or Allen park. The staff is always very nice and pleasant. Management has dropped the ball here now.

I rather enjoyed this experience! We got a couple butter burgers, fries, drinks, and a kid’s meal. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They weren’t overbearing with the ice for drinks; they were very prompt about bringing our food to our curbside parking spot. The server was very friendly and courteous.

It’s a newly established restaurant in Monroe. It’s very busy. So expect a line to order. It took about 10 minutes to get our food. The food was really good. I didn’t make any complaints but I overheard a couple employees talking badly about a customer. Friendly staff for the most part. Clean!

Decided to give them a try. I had the 3 piece cod dinner with fries, coleslaw, and a biscuit. This was a very tasty meal I would like again. I also decided to try their chili. I will never order again. The bowl was 2/3 full and tasted like it was burnt or something. Could barely eat the stuff, they do provide you one pack of crackers. At least Wendy’s gives you 2 and that’s where I’ll go for chili, not whatever this was.
