To find words that accurately describe how SPECTACULAR this ice-cream shop is would take years. It is one of a kind, and worth the drive which for me was 45 minutes. Between the phenomenal presentation of the actual food ( you can tell they’re putting in their best effort every time ) and the incredible options they have we easily spent more than an hour enjoying the fun atmosphere and the even more fun shakes. ( as pictured ). I will be going back again asap to try more of the crazy shakes

Very cool spot in an area that’s hard to find ice cream shoppes! The vibe inside is great, with a long bar as the name implies, a couple tables and some seating. There are games to play and the staff was very friendly. There are some crazy ice cream creations, however we had some very ‘vanilla’ choices. The ice cream was delicious and big portions. They even had Oatley ice cream as a non dairy option which is a great alternative. Overall, it was delicious.

We’ve brought our tots a few times now and we just LOVE the Ice Cream Bar! Delicious creations, super friendly staff and a great atmosphere. And my kids will never pass up a hot dog! It’s always a special treat to go back to your hometown and see them being rein-fused with heart and passion and these beautiful historic buildings coming back to life! Kid friendly, and approved! Stop by for a sweet treat if you can! Totally worth it!

Nice cozy little ice cream shop in walkable downtown Hillsboro. A nice selection, and kids get two scoops!! They are also incredibly accommodating for our allergy needs. A great little local spot, perfect for weekend evenings. We will be back a LOT over the summer, I’m sure!

If you haven’t tried this place I highly recommend you do! It was a great treat after a day in the sun! Great atmosphere and a special place to take the kids! So glad to be able to enjoy a historic place in downtown Hillsboro! The prices are affordable too!

The Ice Cream Bar is the new place to be. I brought my daughter a few weeks ago and she loved it! We had Mac n cheese in a waffle cone! How fun is that?! My daughter and I ate it all! And then I had the most delicious strawberry shake and my daughter had the biggest brownie sundae I’ve ever seen! We can’t wait to go back!
