We currently have 12 convenient Quad-City area locations. We also have a smart phone app for both iOS and Android phones and a robust loyalty program, and been voted Best Deli, Best Deli Sandwiches, and Most Distinctly Quad Cities Fast Food in various publications. We also offer the convenience of our regular menu items to be ordered via Grubhub and DoorDash.

First time here, good, quick and a nice little in and out place to stop. Tables to sit and eat if you want. Not the warmest atmosphere but nice enough for a quick Sammy or soup. Prices are pretty good for the quality/quantity as well. Would definately stop again sometime.

Shrinkfaltion is real. Ordered 3 regular sandwiches and one king also 4 cheese fries. The number 11 was a regular that was way more bread than meat and cheese. The order cost me 70.00 enough to sit down at a chain restaurant. Also missing all 4 cheese sauces in my bag.

Lately have been understaffed (im sure because of covid NOBODY wants to work anymore) but all employees are still very positive and in a good mood when i visit. I work next door so eat here quite often. Even when they are busy my order is correct and ALWAYS hot!!

Food is decent, but mostly all about the bread. The bread is about twice as think as all of the other ingredients combined. Then it’s $10-20 + for a sandwich combo.
It’s not the same quality that it was 10 years ago, but costs drastically more.

Ordered a number 3 and they gave me a number 11. I did not notice it was wrong until I got home. I live 50 miles from this location. I called and they said the only way they can make it right is if I come back to the store with the sandwich and receipt. Even with photo proof they could not make it right. I will not be returning to this location.

It seems like the sandwiches aren’t as good as they used to be. The bread seems old and I like all the condiments but when I bring my food home the sandwich seems very plain and dry. This has happened more than once where I had to add extra mayo and vinegar myself. Also the toppings are less. I wanted onions and peppers, I couldn’t taste the onion and there were only 3 peppers on a king. Is management changing how the sandwiches are made? I used to love hungry hobo!
