Ordered a bunch of items and was extremely satisfied with portion sizes, freshness of the ingredients and taste! The guac was absolutely delicious and the s’mores cookie was the star of the show. Great flavors in the bowls too. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Will definitely order from here again!

UPDATE 6/9/23: The owners of this restaurant deserves all the success. I tried them again and everything was perfectly delicious. They even threw in some free stuff and a discount! I really appreciate this level of service and care. I highly recommend this place!!

I ordered the strawberry lemonade which was two days old, the slow roasted chicken bowl that barely had any chicken and missing the sauce and black beans, the loaded potato with steak. Potato was dry and steak was tough. I also order a side of queso, guacamole and tres leche cake .. those were amazingly good. I would try them again

I ordered a huge feast from this place, and all of the items I got were great. It’s only available for pick up or delivery. The prices are great. You’ll forget about Chipotle or other chain places after you have this food. I tried the slow roasted chicken bowl with sour cream, brown rice, cheese, corn salsa, and black beans, the elote corn salad, Mexican cornbread, churro cookie, peanut butter cookie, and tres leches cake.
Let’s start with the entree: the roasted chicken bowl. This is just $10! That’s such a good deal for the quality and is about the same price as Chipotle. You get a free sauce with your order and you can also get a side of guacamole or queso for free. The chicken was very well cooked. They included an ample amount of delicious cheese. Lots of brown rice, and some corn and beans too. Everything worked well and the meal was flavorful. I’d probably get a different sauce like the Chipotle Crema next time. The bowl wasn’t entirely filled but it was an alright portion.
This was my first time trying elite salad, and it was really refreshing here. Very fresh for sure. I was expecting there to be more cotija cheese like shown in the picture for this item on Uber Eats, but it was still pretty good. Not sure if I’d get it again for $5 though.
The cornbread was delicious! Really cool blend of American Southern cuisine and Mexican cuisine. They give you a big chunk of cornbread! I was worried it would be too spicy, but it was actually quite mild and delicious. You should get it; it’s just $3.50.
On to the desserts. The tres leches was really, really good. It was soaked with lots of sweet milk, and the texture was moist. They top it with something similar to whipped cream. I really liked the extra dulce de leche surrounding the cake; it was a nice touch.
The two cookies were both very good. I personally prefer the peanut butter with MnMs. The peanut butter cookie had nice streaks of creamy, high quality nut butter and tons of MnMs. The size is very large! The churro cookie had a nice cinnamon-esque flavor but couldn’t really taste the dulce de leche.
I will note, that when I read the descriptions of the cookies on Uber Eats, I thought they would be stuffed with liquid dulce de leche and like a chunk of peanut butter instead of just being mixed in to the dough (like, you could cut it open and peanut butter or dulce de leche would ooze out). They were still good, but I was just expecting something a little different.
All in all, definitely check this place out. They serve really high quality food, and the desserts are delicious. You could make your own bowl to get the perfect meal as well. Good sides too.

This food is FRESH and addictively amazing! You must try the Elote (tastes like sweet summer corn right off the cob!!), a ‘side’ (bag!) of chips for the citrusy yummy guacamole, both the chicken bowl and barbacoa bowl (brown rice & all the toppings!), and the feisty flavorful salsa roja is a great addition too (combine it with guac on the chips!).
My first time trying Hungry Girl (through GrubHub) and I’m totally impressed by the quality, the freshness, the packaging, the food itself… everything about how good this was!!!
I hope I can get Elote by the quart next time? and major gratitude for the extra chips!

While the food is good, the portion is not nearly enough (see photos of 2 diff meals). Another reviewer pointed this out and they’re absolutely right. Half of the bowl is filled and I wasn’t totally satisfied after the meal.

I ordered two bowls and the bowls were not even half way filled. From their pictures I was expecting a real size bowl not a portion size for a toddler. I can see the bottom of the bowl in both. I am highly disappointed. Even though the food taste delicious overall presentation and portion size was not appealing. I would appreciate consistency in advertisement and what is actually given to the customers.

Im sorry, but when I’d read chicken fajitas on the menu I just assumed it would have white meat you know, breast meat from the chicken? So I found myself digging through my cowgirl bowl for white breast meat, I had found nothing but dark & greasy meat, lots of chicken cartridge, veins and fat. Then I’d wondered if I was even eating chicken at all!! The sour cream and guacamole side orders were ok thouugh, but the cheese wasn’t melted either
I had also thought the delivery person was going to hand my order off to me, but instead he had left on the step outside of my building, in the nite air. Do ya think I’ll get my money and tip back?

This – The Hungry Cowgirl Bowl – is the size of a toddler meal. But not a “hungry” toddler. I will never get food from them again. Pictures on site are not realistic. As you can the cheese on top was not fully melted and it had to be microwaved, the whole little dish was cold. Not warm, Not at all edible. To top it off this is supposed to have chicken and steak, however they left out the chicken. So I paid the 12.99 price for the 10.99 bowl. FAIL
