#MyFirstTime I was in the area and wanted Jamaican food. Looked at reviews and chose Hummingbird Restaurant.

Very clean and spacious to have food there or to go.

I order the veggie patty ☺️ and I have never had a patty that was so good. Its like I think they make the crust on site. Yummy .

I also had the lunch special chicken….yummy.

Great customer service. They are definitely worth the drive from Duluth.

Just stopped in on a whim after getting gas at the BP while visiting Stone Mountain. I ate the curry goat with peas n rice, plantains and cabbage as well as homemade fresh cucumber and ginger juice. They serve heaping portions and the flavor is on point! I met the chef/owner while I was there who work 25 years in the food industry before opening his own spot. I will definitely be back when I pass thru again….this place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The food here was amazing!! My daughter and I were in town for the weekend to visit my youngest daughter. We found this restaurant on our route to my daughter’s house and decided to stop. We were not disappointed! The service started with beautiful welcoming smiles! We ordered an oxtail plate, salmon Rasta pasta and chicken Rasta pasta. We also ordered coco bread, beef, chicken and veggie patties. Our plates were so full we had plenty left over for dinner. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! This is now our spot when we’re in town visiting!

They must have some really good friends that left good reviews, highly disappointed. My boyfriend went and got us Jamaican food by far the worst Ive had!! This was supposed to be a “large” i had all of 2 pieces of small chicken. More rice than anything and everything was unseasoned, just bland . 0/10 I do recommend. A waste of $30, $35 to be exact. Overpriced, under-portioned, very season-less .

While in town visiting family, I did a search online for ackee & salt fish. This is one that popped up. Didn’t know we would get freshly prepared meals by Rudolph . Apparently, he recognized our royalty . We enjoyed our time there and just about shut the restaurant down.
