With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

My wife and I have a new favorite coffee shop. Wish it was closer to our home…..The 24 ounce frozen granita with chocolate was just the right thickness and the taste was perfecto! My hot cappuccino was amazing until i tried her granito….glad she was willing to share…yum! I enjoyed a warmed up blueberry crumb supreme muffin. This is a chain that started in Oregon, glad they made it to Texas. I just ground some of the one pound bag of french roast coffee beans and it’s very good. We’ll be back!

I got to visit twice in one week and enjoyed everything I ordered. The first time it was such a nice surprise to get a chocolate covered coffee bean on my coffee. The staff is all so sweet and super knowledgeable of the menu. The maple waffle sausage breakfast sandwich was so tasty and we loved the cold brew.

Stopped by The Human Bean in Sienna today and absolutely loved it! I had their iced chai latte with marshmallow syrup, and it was incredible — perfectly balanced, smooth, and flavorful. My wife ordered the Mexi mocha with oat milk, and she couldn’t stop talking about how rich and delicious it was.
The place itself was super clean, cozy, and welcoming, with a great atmosphere to relax or grab a drink on the go. The staff was very friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of our new favorite coffee spots in the area — highly recommend! ☕️✨

What a great first visit to Human Bean early on a Saturday morning!! The menu options are great. I got the Mexi drink hot and sugar free and it was amazing. My Wife got the Pumpkin snowy and she enjoyed it as well. I also got the spicy jalapeno biscuit sandwich and wow was it tasty!! I will definitely go back!! Don’t forget to get the app to get those rewards.

I visited Humanbean today. The modern interior offers space to study, work, or chat with a friend. Service was great; everyone was friendly. The coffee quality is similar to that of Dutch Bros and Starbucks. However, if you are a coffee enthusiast who prefers the taste of high-quality coffee beans and traditional methods, this might not be the best place for you. I tried a latte that tasted like I was drinking straight oat milk. My colleague had a very acidic cold brew. We didn’t enjoy our drinks and ended up pouring them out. No hard feelings, its just a matter of preferred taste. I think with the lovely interior and warm staff, Humanbean will be wildly successful.

Its been one week and i have been revisiting this place with my friends and on my own. Great environment for studying. Services were the best till i have visited. I like trying new drinks and this is the place for me my coffee was served quick and best. The vanilla matcha with strawberry cold foam is far best my favorite but caramel granitas and pumpkin shaken are the go to as well. If you are a seasonal drink person this is the place for you..

The staff members are sooooo kind. I liked my coffee and omg the food is amazing! I had the chicken kicking biscuit or whatever it’s called and it was so good. I will say my biscuit was burnt a bit but I still ate it and it was good! I’d get it again but make sure to tell them not to burn it. Everything is so fresh I love this spot

Shoutout to Mai at the drive-thru for her amazing customer service this morning! Mai was so kind and encouraged me to sign up for rewards, shared her favorite energy drink after I told her about mine, and even gave me a new one to try next time. We ended up chatting about trucks, too

Chris is top tier in service! It’s so nice to go somewhere and they remember the little things abt your drink order. He made my husband’s drink and explained what he did to make the order. That’s great customer obsession. The entire staff is fun to talk to and we enjoy our multiple coffee fix visits☕️
