Been coming here for a while now, and it gets worse every-time. Tonight I ordered through the app a bowl with extra protein…what protein. It’s a joke how much extra I paid yet it seems to be the normal amount. The bowls keep getting filled less and less. In the pictures, no bites were taken. Doesn’t look appealing at all.

Ive Had Chipotle 3 Times In My Life & Tbh Its A Hit Or Miss When You Go . This Location Could Be Better. Customer Service Is On Point But Food Lacked Taste . Its Not That I Dislike Chipotle. Its Just Like Every Other Franchise Its Either Gone Be A Hit Or Miss & This Was Ina Middle Of The Two. Out Of All The Locations Ive Had This Ranked At The Bottom For Me . It’s always super slow. I’ve been here many times and I’ve also been to many other Chipotle locations and what strikes me about this location is that the speed of service is markedly slower. They’re polite enough but routinely understaffed and lack motivation to move more quickly. As an example, today there were two people in front of me who each only got themselves a burrito and nothing else but it took more about 7 minutes before they even got to me at all.

I ate at the store recently. Food was good. My review is about the highest level manager and it is poor. I requested a water with no ice. I was given a cup and directed to the drink machine. When I arrived at the machine. I immediately noticed that the water was flowing very slowly. The button was completely missing for the soda water. I went back to the register and requested that it be filled for me in the kitchen. The male employee 1 said that they were aware of the problem and it had been that way for a while. Subsequently, while I was eating a 2nd employee, a female, asked me about the machine while she was testing the water button with the slow trickle. Then, a male manager 3rd employee of some sort, maybe store branch manager was asked me about the water dispenser. I asked who he was and he obliged and then explained that they were working on it. He was I estimate in his early twenties. The manager began talking to someone that had entered the directly behind me. I watched another customer have a problem with the water dispenser and go back to the register to request water from the kitchen. I pointed out to the previous manager since he was still there that another customer was having this problem. Then the person who was talking to the manager I met walked over to the drink machine and pressed the button and called out to me saying “Look there is water”. I asked him who he was since he was calling over to me about the slow trickle appearing to say to me that there was no problem. He never told me who he was. I asked twice and he just ignored me like I wasn’t even there and walked away, continuing to ignore me. I asked the store manager who he was and he relented that he was his Boss. So Boss of the Store Manager?! This must be a joke. Eventually, the Boss of the Store manager came over to apologize. While I was talking to him about the poor communication, he seemed like he just wanted the discussion to be over. While talking to me he inadvertently spit into my water cup. I told him and he brought me another water empty water cup for me to fill at the slow trickle water dispenser rather than filling it in the kitchen. I was talking to him, the Boss, about the dispenser with the slow trickle while I was filling the new cup about 45 secs. Much to my surprise when I turned around, the Boss split and made a run for is car in mid-conversation. Wow??!!. SuperBad Communication and Verbal Skills. I am super fascinated how these people become the Boss. What is the evaluation process?!! If this person is making more than $30K/yr. You are paying too much. I don’t see how this person is the Boss. Absolutely Puzzling.

the team working on the pick up window are really working hard. Making orders for the pickup window and inside I saw. Food is great, I had the beef barbacoa quesadilla app exclusive. White Rice,black beans, sour cream with chips and guac was so delicious.

Every time I go in at 745 for my lunch because I work around the corner they are totally out of barbacoa and veggies. They close at 10 and if it were 945 I would understand but come on be reasonable. At least 4 different times now.

Was going to go to this chipotle tonight – but then I decided to drive an extra 10 minutes to the Richardson location where I can get better service and somehow better tasting food and I can even do it until 11 o clock. Seriously the only thing nice about this location is the other businesses around it.

I don’t know why they even bother putting a Chipotlane and offering online orders if all they’re going to do is skimp you on portions.
Chipotle does this all the time and I am starting to wonder why i still get food here so often.

chipotle employees are rarely energetic and this store follows suit. Portions are pretty mid but still good food. Great spot to get food after church or any event.

Today I went to chipotle and the service was horrible. The first thing is I went to the chipotle lane and the line wasn’t moving, so I went inside and told him the name for my order then, him and his coworkers started playing around. Then I finally got my order a 9 pm but it was supposed to be ready at 8:40 pm. Never coming back!
