We discovered the absolute gem that is The Hub in Moundridge, Kansas, and I can’t rave about it enough!
We stopped in for wings and garlic breadsticks (both were out-of-this-world delicious!), but this place is so much more than just food. There’s an ice cream shop, a bakery, brick oven pizza, wine and alcohol on tap (even though we don’t drink, the idea is super cool!), and a fantastic outdoor area for relaxing and letting the kids play.
They went above and beyond. They have a pizza that was perfect for our daughter coming in this weekend. They did a special pizza version so we could freeze it. Outstanding….
One of the best parts? The atmosphere! The staff was incredibly friendly, and shoutout to Dustin the cook, who kept us laughing with his hilarious chicken shoes . You can really feel the small-town values here — teenage boys holding the door open, younger kids learning to work hard, and everyone treating you like family.
It’s places like this that remind you why small towns are so special. If you’re anywhere near Moundridge, do yourself a favor and check out The Hub — you’ll leave with a full belly and a big smile! ❤️

Decided to stop here on the way home from Wichita and was not disappointed. This place has a great atmosphere. We sat in front of the pizza pickup place and got to watch the pizzas being cooked and that was fun to watch. The beer wall was really cool where you self dispense your own drinks. We had supreme pizza which was pretty good. It has a good amount of toppings. The sauce is really good and the crust was very soft and tender although it lacked a little depth in flavor. The artichoke dip was some of the best we’ve ever had. It was so good and we will be ordering this every time we come now. The staff was very nice and polite and they all had great attitudes. We will definitely be back to eat here again.

My friends and I were told to try this place and weren’t disappointed. The food was amazing, especially the stuffed mushrooms and Beez kneez pizza. Staff was friendly and wonderful when explaining how things worked. If I’m ever back in the area I’d come back.

This is such a great place to grub out. The pizza is cooked to order in a lovely brick oven that you can see from your table. You order your own stuff and there are no servers (may be different for evenings, weekends or during live music) they have an automatic tap with many, many selections of beers to choose from. There is a stage indoors for the colder weather and outdoors on the patio for those warmer evenings. They have a separate counter for specialty coffees(they also offer your regular drips and such) the decor is fun!

This is a great place! Mound Ridge is lucky to have this restaurant in their city. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The pizza we had (Bees Knees) was the bomb! It is tasty but light and the crust was done to perfection! The really cool part is the beer taps on the wall. There are around 30 taps and you pay by the ounce. (It is a self serve style pub.) There is also a coffee bar with really tasty drinks. If you are in the are or even close by it is worth the stop!

This restaurant is a 45 min ride from my house BUT well worth it. The hostess was so friendly and helpful explaining about how everything works at the restaurant. You order at the cash register the food you want and they give you like a credit card to go to the beer taps- 15 draft beers, 6 wines & a hand full of ciders which are self-service. They have a huge TV 12’×10′ to watch sports on or whatever. They have a bunch of good appetizers but specialized in hand tossed Wood Fired Pizza. We had four different pizzas and each one of them was excellent. They have wings, salads and sandwiches too.They also have a ice cream bar and coffee shop that has pastries if you’re in town at 7:00 in the morning when they open.

Great pizza and dining experience! Love the atmosphere–a former gas station type place. Beautiful inside and out! Swings to enjoy on the patio! An amazing staff! Pay by the ounce for beer/wine but great variety!
