This is a food truck in a parking lot. I thought the lomo had a great flavor. Rice is cooked well. And the cream sauce was great. I personally asked for some more of the cream sauce and spicy sauce. I did think the meat was perfectly done. Good cuts of meat that were soft! The only real downside I feel like is the cost was $18.

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the lomo saltado (tasted just like homemade), ceviche carretillero full of fresh flavor, and chicken chaufa rice paired perfectly with a refreshing chicha morada. Everything was super tasty! The owners are friendly and welcoming. If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by Huarique Peruvian Cuisine, you won’t regret it!

I can not add pictures with food because I have already swallowed it whole. Couldn’t control myself. You get exactly what you wanted when you pull up here. Came before they were opened and was still served, now you know that’s rare here these days. Food was seasoned to perfection, customer service was on a thousand . They literally ate down in the lab! Everybody get you some! Please come on out and give them a try on more then one item. You won’t retreat it!

I had seen this food truck many times before! Finally decided to stop by today for lunch. Got a plate of Aeropuerto de Pollo and it was awesome! As a fellow Peruvian the flavor was perfect and the portion size was great for the price. Will definitely be going back to try some other dishes!

I didt like it, the waiters where staring at me weirdly, and giving me constant look ans and it hurt my personalitys feeling and I didn’t taste like my food at home in India, and it was so dusty that when I was eating the dust got in my mouth and I was coughing so hard, I thought I was gonna pass out and when I went to use the bathroom I saw a homeless man smoking weed while usuing the bathroom, I actually have 13 kids and they didn’t give them their specific food requests such as my 5th son wanting food with a side of cinnamon and a hint of the spices and they told him their were no spices which hurt his emotional health and had to take therapy for nine months, And they didn’t allow me to take my dog my parrot my cat and horse as well as my 80 year old grandma with rabies. They purnounced my nam incorrectly and instead of monumental they called me Indian boy and it hurt my feelings They also didn’t allow me to take the food to the bathroom to eat it.

One of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to. I am not very familiar with Peruvian food and they took time to help me order. The food was amazing. I ordered chicken and fried rice that was delicious. Large portion and I even brought it to my car when it was ready because it was starting to rain. I would highly recommend!!

Some of the most authentic and delicious Peruvian food in this area. Portions are nice and price is relatively low compared to other Peruvian restaurant’s cost. Family run business and it shows with the warm and inviting atmosphere! Would come again and definitely worth a try!
