I didn’t have a reservation but the front staff was very nice and worked in a party of two. I had planned to eat around the corner but with bad weather, it was better to not leave the conference center. The food was cooked great and didn’t take too long to make it to the table. The service staff were very quick with both the normal drinks and those from the bar. All in all a great experience!

Stopped in before going to a show at the MPAC, super convenient location. The gentleman that sat us was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, very clean and not overly crowded or noisy. The waiter was fine, very quiet, not very attentive. We arrived just as they were opening, we didn’t have reservations but were seated right away. We waited over 40 mins for our food after ordering. They brought bread to the table by far best part of the meal. I was expecting way better food for the price. Ordered one drink, could not taste any alcohol, for $10 I should be able to get a hint. I ordered the scallops with the mushroom risotto. The risotto was undercooked and crunchy, the mushroom sauce was devine. Three scallops were great, one was pink and also undercooked. My mom had the shrimp and grits. Shrimp was beautiful and great size. Grits were very bland and sauce was tasteless. Could not believe we spent almost $90 before the tip for such mediocre food that wasn’t prepared properly. Such a long wait we didn’t have time to have anything remade since our show started at 6:30, very disappointing experience. Will definitely try somewhere else next time.

Had a great experience here for breakfast while staying at the Renaissance. Vilma was warm and a bright start to the day. Nikki was quick with the service and I never had any complaints. The gentlemen keeping the food stocked were also warm and friendly for such an early morning.

It was good food and an ok atmosphere for the price. It kinda has the feel of a restaurant that’s trying to be fancier than it is. A little bit stuffy. Our waiter was from Jamaica and he was super cool. I’d say his service was the best part of the experience.

This restaurant is inside the Renaissance Hotel in Mgm. They offer different food and drink choices and are not over-expensive. They have indoor and outdoor seatings. The bar is separated from the main dining area.

Crab cake is the best. All meat no filers. Get it you will not be disappointed. House ceaser was very well put together. Order it as well. Rare Filet cooked right. And to top it off fireworks were awsome.

Date night …… The hostess was not friendly no smiles here…. My server Deronne was very nice and accommodating….the Manger was excellent… we started our dinner with the Montgomery house salad w/ shrimp, chicken, conecuh sausage, corn that was amazing. Main dish I had fried chicken, collard greens ,Mac n cheese and corn bread .. The food was not very good the collards had no seasoning….the Mac was very bland the chicken was ok …. the Manger changed my side because I didn’t like them with double mash which was a lot better…. my date had steak, loaded potatoes and asparagus and his food was good…
