I think this will be my last order from this Domino’s. Both pizzas had big air bubbles that took over several slices, so some pieces were barely edible.
The app hasn’t helped either—the tracker always freezes once it says “preparing,” and even though I choose curbside, I usually end up going inside to pick it up myself. I don’t mind the occasional hiccup, but between the pizza quality and the service, it’s just been too many misses in a row.
I was going to mention the pizza issue before leaving, but there were so many people waiting and the employee kept telling everyone it would be a 45-minute to 1-hour wait that I knew it wasn’t worth the extra frustration.

I placed my order at 2:30 PM through the app and arrived at the store by 3:00 PM, since the app said my pizza was ready. However, when I got there, it wasn’t ready at all. They apologized for the error and said it would take another 12 to 15 minutes. I agreed to wait and continued to pay while waiting.
But after 25 minutes, I started asking about my order, and the employee was careless and unresponsive. She didn’t seem to care that customers were waiting, and she wouldn’t even pick up the phone, just hanging up because she was too busy. She barely acknowledged me or my concerns.
As I continued to wait, I noticed that the oven was empty and everyone else was getting their orders, while I was still waiting. I told them, “I’ve been waiting for over an hour and ten minutes. I placed my order at 2:30, arrived at 3:00, paid at 3:00, and by 3:40, I was only offered a refund.” It was incredibly frustrating because I ended up leaving without my meal and had to settle for chips instead, since I had no time to eat properly.

Don’t order from here! The tracker app kept getting longer and longer. I knew my did was gonna be crap. Everything was cold and stale. I baked it in the oven even though my kids were starving because is was so late. It was still terrible. There is hardly any sauce on the pizza and they just throw it together. Dominoes needs to go out of business. I hate wasting my money there but my kids want it sometimes and it’s open late

The absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had from any Domino’s or anywhere else. It was not cooked properly ,not even sliced properly, and supposedly do quality control DONT order anything from here. I WANT A REFUND THIS WENT IN THE TRASH!

I Placed online order and when the tracker said it was ready, I showed up. They hadn’t even started making the pizza. Zero customer service skills. Seen the cashier handling money and picking up trash from the floor and went right back to making pizza without washing his hands. Would never order from here. I’m glad that I choose the pay at store option in the app.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager was extremely rude, acting as if I should be sympathetic that she was the only one working. I attempted to modify my order by calling three times, but received no answer. When I finally got through, I was told I’d have to pay an additional delivery fee just to make a simple change. This location seriously needs better management and a stronger focus on customer service. 06/25/25 at 2pm.

If I can give zero stars I would! Ordered a pizza at 8:04. Proceeded there at 835 since the dominoes tracker was stuck on Muhammad preparing my pizzas. Was greeted with I don’t see your order to I see your order but it hasn’t been prepped yet . I see him scrolling on the food screen and I am being told I haven’t been skipped. Ridiculous. I gave this location a second try after the pizza was horrible a year ago. I canceled my Order. I will never return. I can’t deal with incompetent , careless people.

We simply ordered two pizzas. It was a deal. They couldn’t even get that right they gave us the wrong pizza totally wrong. We are mushrooms and olives am stuffed crust we did not get that at all. We got some feta spinach crap and it was disgusting. The manager is horrendous. He kept hanging up the phone on me. I told him he needs to get a pizza guy that knows how to place a normal order how easy that is with no education and he hung up on me before I could even finish my story
