Update: went back and got the french onion burger. Wow their burgers are awesome. Fries are unique as well and surprisingly good. They are wide and flat. Bavarian pretzel is huge and tasty. See the pics
Great place for a casual yet nice restaurant. Both Irish dishes and American dishes. We had Shepard Pie and potato pancakes and pierogies. They were fresh and prepared well. Good service too.

My husband and I recently moved to Strongsville so we decided to try out this place. We ordered the Reuben egg roll appetizer which was good, but neither of us liked our entrees. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. Half of the wrap didn’t have Buffalo sauce in it at all. The other wrap had a tiny bit of sauce rubbed onto the tortilla, but the chicken itself was plain and dry. The wrap was cold and the cheese never melted at all. Definitely the worst buffalo chicken wrap I have ever had. He had a chicken sandwich that he said was equally bland. The server was fine, but the food was much to be desired.

Stopped in while Christmas shopping Dec 23, 2025. Had great service at the bar, the bartender Nolan was friendly and attentive. Lunch specials were great, and the beer selection was good too. Stop in while you shop for happy hour sometime soon!

It was my first time going to Hooley Pub & Kitchen. I love the busy atmosphere. It was decorated for the Christmas season & they even had a backdrop on a small stage where you can take photos. The girls & I had fun! We got drinks & appetizers including huge soft pretzel with dipping sauces, potato skins (which were huge), quesadillas, & pierogis. The food was fresh & came out in a timely manner. Our waitress was friendly & helpful. I will definitely be back soon!

Great place to watch the game with plenty of big tvs all over the place. Decent size bar to sit at and lots of tables as well. If there’s a game and or Fri/ Sat night, I would reserve a table because there can be long waits. Tried the buff chicken dip, wasn’t the best I’ve had but good!!! Also got boneless wings and they were really good. The sauces aren’t that spicy. Even firecracker wasn’t that hot. Our waitress was great

The service was polite and friendly, but was a little slow. The restaurant could have been cleaner, there was some debris scattered about on the floor. The food tasted good but was too greasy or oily. I got the Hooley Rueben and he got the Fish and Chips. Overall it was just ok.

I’ll be honest. I got the wings. Little under cooked for me. I got the firecracker and hot garlic. Both tasted the exact same. Their was no spice whatsoever. Even the garlic ones didnt even have a garlic taste. The wings were huge though. But 15 bucks for 10 wings they better be. Also nothing comes with fries. Even the burgers!! What kind of place offers burgers and you have to buy a separate side dish? So a $13 burger doesn’t come with fries. No no it’s another like 4 bucks. I doubt I’ll ever return. Not a fan. Me and wife went. I had 2 beers. She had 2 mixed drinks. I got 10 wings. She got a jalapeño burger (it was fine) and a side of fries. $78 before tip. Idk. Seems way too pricey and not close to worth it. Thumbs way down

July 2025. Great looking Irish pub with delicious American and Irish dishes. Maybe the music is a tad loud. The pie was delish as were the wraps and the FOS (French onion soup).

We had a wonderful time at The Hooley Pub and Kitchen! We were doing some Christmas shopping and happened upon the Hooley Pub! I’m so glad we stopped in! I ordered the beer battered fish, and it was outstanding! It was moist, tender, and delicious, probably the best fried fish I’ve ever had! Stop by if you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed!
