When I ordered the number 5 combo meal which is two cheeseburgers, they gave me cheeseburgers from someone’s cancelled food order, the receipt even said it was a door dash order. The fact they would throw the food back onto the line because someone cancelled isn’t okay. My cheeseburgers then were customized to the way the previous person wanted and I didn’t have the pickles or onions on my burgers. The fries also were already cold and not made fresh.

Unfortunately, we stopped here a little bit ago at about 9:15, 2 cars in the parking lot, said open til 10 and no one would answer us or take our order so we left. People were there because their car lights were blinking like they were trying to leave early. Which is fine but also disappointing. Mc dons was open tho so we went there.

Worst Burger King, I’ve given too many chances. EVERY TIME they forget something. I have gone through the drive through like it’s a circle. The workers usually look dirty and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Over 6 months ago, I went to the drive through for supper and asked for crispy bacon on my Bacon King. They told me they don’t make crispy bacon. I was a little surprised so I asked if I could get my bacon crispy. They told me no, that it is made in the morning. So, since I was extremely hungry I ordered the Bacon King anyway and asked for the crispiest pieces they could find. I got my burger and the bacon was chewy as could be. Now, it’s been over six months, I have visited BK’s in other places and ALL OF THEM would do crispy bacon for me. I drove into the drive through and asked them if they could do crispy bacon and again was told no. I asked why not since all the others do? A different person then got on the mic and told me they made it in the morning so they couldn’t do that. I said ok and told them I would go to the other one and to have a good night. I was not rude, never raised my voice or got impatient. But, I have no understanding of why the BK on the other side of De Pere, the ones in Green Bay, and other areas can make crispy bacon and this one store cannot? Is it that they choose not to? Laziness, lack of care? I don’t know. Unfortunate.

Came home, checked the bags and this is what our whoppers looked like! What the heck? My entire burger tasted charred. I switched burgers with my son, who had the worst burnt one of the three. These never should have left the drive thru window.

Jonny is awesome! Other than that, not so much. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 whopper juniors for $5. I decided to get a small fry because I saw the value fry was $2.09. Yes, I find that a complete rip off. I see small fries come on the screen at $2.89. That’s more than a whopper junior! I am not sure what I was thinking to believe that a small size was the smallest size one has. Now there is a value size! How much price gouging can a company do? Pictured in my hand is the $2.89 fries. Just ridiculous!

We went when only the drive thru was open (06/07/25). I can’t be sure but it seemed like one person was in charge of taking our order, cooking our order and delivering our order. The food was all good but my cold was looking forward to his “how to train your dragon” prize which was left out of the bag. The employee was very nice and professional. There were 2 cars behind us and I believe he was probably overwhelmed. Burger King has always been consistent with getting our orders correct she for a family of 7 that is impressive. I left this location feeling like the worker was probably moving to fast to remember the toy. No hard feelings I just believe it might by under staffed.
