DO NOT PREPAY!!! They will give away your items to other guests and then have to void your charge that is already processed to then charge you again. Also what is the point of scheduling a pickup time for paid items if my stuff won’t be there. ALSO no workers outside or signs so you have NO IDEA what line to get into. I ended up waiting in the unpaid line because there was so information on what to do. This is not their first year in business so I do not understand how they are not prepared. I absolutely will NEVER do this again.

I ordered a ham and a turkey, and the entire experience was unacceptable. The turkey was the wrong size, and although I was told I would receive a refund, that refund never happened. The ham arrived burnt, the container was damaged and leaking, and the pie was completely sub-par. The quality was so poor that we ended up throwing out everything except the ham, and had to remake the entire meal ourselves.
This was a complete failure in product quality and pickup organization. For the price charged, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money—this experience was nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional.

My first and last time at this place. Management totally lacked organization and customer service, it was chaotic and very, very confusing. Angry clients, just so unsatisfying the whole experience. I didn’t pay for our ham so I stood there for a long time or else I would have requested a refund and cooked something else, hey even a boiled egg sounds better than waiting in this chaotic environment! The Ham was absolutely not acceptable, it wasn’t cooked properly!!!!! You people only carry the name that’s it, you are lacking in all aspects of running a business!!!!!

Don’t even bother placing an order ahead of time online, 2nd time I’ve came here with an online order NOT READY. Ridiculous, what’s the point of ordering ahead if when you get here they act shocked when you let them know an order was placed online.

I prepaid for my order, but when I arrived to pick it up, every item was sold out! all the sides, the whole turkey, even the half ham. Absolutely unacceptable. Why allow customers to prepay if you can’t guarantee the items will be in stock? This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

HoneyBake ham is the best place to get food for the holidays.The customer service was very great. They sell single serving ham instead of me having to buy a whole one.It serves about two people per serving.Got that price was very reasonable.I would recommend anyone for any holiday to go and get honey.Bake.Ham very good

rdered trurkey meal with 3 sides. When I arrived they said they didn’t have the 2 of my sides.
If I preorder something shouldn’t it be held for me since I had already paid? What’s the point of preordering if you will not have it available for pick up.
