I feel sorry for the owner/manager for having to pay at least 2 employees that are useless. One trying to work the cash register doesn’t have a clue; just stands there bopping around with his ear buds partially obscured by his black hoodie. Then a female leaning against the wall looking drugged out and listless. Thankfully a lady came out from the back that ran up my order and made my sliders. A sad impression of the business!

Bought two gift cards from Costco to be used to pick up my ham on Monday 2nd. First problem they would not honored the gift card, saying the machine was broken, secondly they didn’t give me the discounted price for picking up the ham early. I had to pay full price for it. Not a happy customer

We had an unfortunate experience at this location, 4705 E. Carefree Hwy on Saturday March 30, 2024. We simply went in to pick up a pre-paid ham, and intended to try the potato salad and get 2 sandwiches to go for a pre-easter dinner. This is the second time I pre-ordered a ham, and spent over $80 at this location.. The pick up procedure is horrible. Last year it was messed up but a guy took our line for priority. There are 2 registers on the left, and one on the right. A sign immediately directs you for pre-orders on the right. This purchase was paid for already. A done deal. There was NOBODY at the counter and the line behind me was backing up/. 1 of the 2 clerks on the left ignored us, and when my wife confronted her, she said they only had 2 people. I told her the PAID PICKUP LINE should have priority! Why have a sign that directs pre-paid customers. Funny, after complaining, and asking for a manager, I got no response. Then a woman from the back came out. Somebody was farting around in the back, and the entire pick up process was outrageous. Then we got into an argument with a customer in the left line who was tolerant of the dysfunction. Reaching out to the corporate office immediately. Will reconsider HBH next year. Why pre-pay when you have to wait in line with the people just walking in? We were going to inquire about potato salad and a sandwich for dinner but declined and didn’t think they deserved the business. The staff was rude, and looked like some sort of GEN Y employee that didn’t have any customer service skills. They ***LOST*** business on 2 potential purchases today, and not likely to return. I cannot see driving down to Cactus when they have one here mismanaged.

Picked up our Easter meal one day before and upon arriving home we realized our order was incomplete. We take ownership as well for not checking. However, when we alerted HoneyBaked, they went out of their way to make it right. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their ethics. Also, their products are so high quality that we cannot get enough. Definitely worth the 76 mile trek and the price. And the portions allow for leftovers on most of their products. I am grateful for such amazing customer service and products.
