The service here was great, which is not usually something that sandwich shops stand for. However, I went in the evening on 2/25 and everyone there was working together and friendly. They greeted all their guests, were kind and accommodating to all of the customer requests happening (it was busy with in store and online orders) and were genuinely interested in giving the customers the best service they could provide. In between guests they were cleaning and helping each other. What a great team.

The people run it like a fine tuned engine! With lots of smiles and courtesy!!
Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was busy.

I love this place and go a couple of times each week. Ordering online makes it really easy to get a great lunch quickly. One of my favorite parts of this restaurant, aside from the food, is the crew. The owner is a really sweet woman and has done a great job making this location so great. The folks that work there are truly great people. They’re always friendly and smiling, even when the store is busy. Also, I think it’s worth it joining their loyalty program. It doesn’t take a lot to get a free sub! Great job everyone!

I came to this Jersey Mike’s location the night of 03/05/26 to get some subs for my family. I gave my order and as the sandwiches were being sliced I notified the man slicing them that what he was preparing was not what I asked for both in size and sandwich. He basically called me a liar by telling me those were the subs I asked for and began to mumble under his breath when I told him I asked for and wanted something else. This was very awkward and a first in any Jersey Mike’s store I have ever been in. I do not appreciate being treated this way and will not be returning to this location again.
