Should have read the reviews before ordering. I prepaid AND had to schedule a pickup time and my order was NOT ready. The staff was committed to being passionately disinterested. I ordered 3 items and it was a difficultly for them to understand that the 2 items they had me wait for did not in fact fulfill the 3 items that I have ordered and paid for. Disappointing transaction which seems to be the accepted normal for this location.

Picked up ham twice in the past month, boneless ham and slices. Both times the ham had a very heavy artificial smoke flavor and odor…both purchases were inedible after a few bites. Something has changed, it’s not the delicious delicate ham they used to serve.…I’ll be buying ham at my local grocer/deli going forward.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!! this was the driest, WORST ham we’ve ever had from this store. Not one bit of the crunchy coating. $150 for a ham we could’ve gotten at Walmart for $20. Also spent $50
On a smoked Turkey breast that was nothing special. Used to look forward to holidays and having ham left overs but we could have definitely spent that much money a better way.

I stopped in for lunch on my way to work. (I didn’t know they had lunch, until someone posted it in a FB group) Super friendly staff, excellent customer service, and food was delicious. There wasn’t even a line, so I got in and out really quick. The turkey sliders were sooooo good. I will definitely be back for holiday meals AND lunches!

Okay I’m sorry but we were trying to order the family meal for Thanksgiving and when I called to pay for it I guess I have to go into the store which doesn’t make sense because they told me that they have to weigh everything when the family meal is pre weighed. Very inconvenient

A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience at Honey Baked Ham (Fort Collins Location)

I wish I could rate zero stars! We had a terrible experience with Honey Baked Ham this Easter, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone else. We placed an order online well in advance and paid for it — only to show up at the Fort Collins location and be told they couldn’t locate our order in their system. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, they charged us again, resulting in us paying over $60 more than we should have for one ham. (So in total we have paid $165 for ONE ten pound ham).

We were told to “wait 2–3 business days” for the duplicate charge to possibly drop off. It didn’t. We called corporate, and they were slow and ineffective at following up. Eventually, we managed to reach the store manager directly — and that’s when things somehow got worse.

The manager has been incredibly unprofessional and downright disrespectful. He yelled at my husband over the phone, accused us of purchasing two hams (which we absolutely did not), and refused to look at the store’s video footage to confirm what actually happened. We even sent over our credit card receipts showing the double charge, yet he continues to call us liars and insists this is somehow our fault.

We’re still trying to resolve this and contact coporate again, but the lack of accountability, customer service, and basic respect we’ve received is appalling. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through what we’ve experienced. If you’re thinking about ordering from Honey Baked Ham — especially the Fort Collins location — please think twice.

The turkey comes with a sweet glaze on it that makes it taste terrible. When I called to give feedback, I was told you can see that when you order. That is not the case, as the website had nothing about that when I ordered and paid online. Finally figured out he was saying that you can see the glaze when you see the product. By then, it was too late as I had already paid for the product. He continued to argue with me stating that I should have known it had a sweet glaze – that information was NEVER communicated during the order process. They should tell people BEFORE they spend $75. I will not order there again. Not because of the food, but the awful service I received when I called to give feedback. They should have refunded the cost of the turkey, but instead chose to argue.
