We walked in and were immediately greeted. Everyone seemed friendly and Kai, our cashier, even started happily celebrating because she recognized us as prepaid customers. That must make life easier to just scan a code.. It was so cute and nice! Also, I asked for the largest portion they had (my sister’s orders) and Kai cheerfully obliged. Beside the delightful staff and impressive efficiency, the store itself looked clean, well stocked, and pleasantly decorated.

The price is insane. In my picture you can see a 5 pound boneless ham is $80!
The service used to be great, but the last 4 years it has not been good. We always order 1-2 weeks in advance, prepay and select the date and time we will pickup. Today we went at our designated time and they didn’t have the 3-4 pound boneless ham we ordered! They offered us a bone-in ham, which we do not want. They then offered a 5 pound boneless ham, which we took but they said they would need to charge our card and additional $27 on top of what we already paid. We wanted the ham, so we just said fine. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past 4 years! On top of that 3 years ago they were not even able to give us the boneless ham we ordered, and paid for in advance, instead they gave us a bone-in ham. And then another time there wasn’t even a boneless option.
What is the point of ordering 1-2 weeks in advance, prepaying and selecting a day and time to pickup if they aren’t even going to have it for you anyway? Over the past 4 years, with the issues we have had, we haven’t received one apology. With our situation today they should have given us the ham at the price we already paid, we shouldn’t have been up-charged for their error.
Anyway, the ham is excellent if you want to deal with the bad service and expensive price.

I decided to give it a try. The two people who helped me were the sweetest kindest and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They helped me find something to try and gave me a run down. Reccomended some things and explained everything in detail. And went out of their way for me which they didn’t have to do but it was much appreciated!
I tried the honeybaked ham and Mac n cheese. And it was the most heavenly genuinely best sandwich I ever had. I definitely will be bringing friends and family!
Prices aren’t too bad at all especially for a whole meal. Definitely cheaper and you get more than Arby’s. And it’s much more fresh
I got take out as I was on my way to work. And jt was unbelievably fast!
