Lacks organization.
If I preordered and then come in, they manually take the items out the fridge instead of having them ready. Whats the point in preordering? Then they go on to say some of the items arent instock because new employees are taking from reserved shelves. Again, whats the point in preordering?
They need to have orders baged and ready with names for time of pick up.
Same issue with Thanksgiving.

When I pulled up, the lot was empty, the store had 1 customer inside- always a plus when it’s time to eat!
There was 1 associate waiting on the 1 previous customer and when the associate came from the back off break- he immediately came to the register to get my order. He was helpful, polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and proficient. Customer service was exemplary! I ordered 4 classic sandwiches and each one was make with love because the response from each person, down to the 1.5 year old was – hmmmm, Delicious! The store was clean and well organized. I will be back and tell my friends, they are indeed OPEN FOR BUSINESS DAILY!! Update!
I don’t eat PORK, cross contamination is serious! They don’t use a different knife, cutting board when preparing food! I got diarrhea or vomiting each time I went. Plus, they leave ingredients off that I specifically ask for.

Honey Baked Ham will be my go-to this holiday season! I just found out about HBH 2 weeks ago through word of mouth and am wondering where has it been all my life!! Staff is extremely courteous (I came in on my birthday and Stephanie went above and beyond with lunch suggestions, coupon offerings, and just making sure I left satisfied which I did with a big smile on my face). Some companies brush it off when they make a mistake and don’t care to fix it but that was not the case for me here, I had a past issue and Ed went out of his way to fix it and very quickly at that, he was extremely apologetic and wanted me to make sure it never happened again! I truly felt as though they appreciated my business and that within itself makes me want to come back time and time again. Food is delicious, the store is always clean, and service is always fast! Thank you again and I will be back 1000 times more 🙂

I have lived in Florissant for many years and heard about trying honey baked ham’s sandwiches. I am glad I decided to turn around that day and grab me and my family some sandwiches. When I walked into this place was clean, and organized which I could appreciate.. But what stood out the most was the level of service I received. Damon was exceptional and very knowledgeable about what the company had to offer. He was patient, personable and punctual with my order. I haven’t received this level of service in north county stl in a long time.. I definitely appreciate Damon’s kindness and the sandwiches were really good. I got some of their mini sliders, a classic ham sandwich, and a ham and turkey with bacon. I will definitely be back.

I purchased 2 sandwiches today. Both sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. Also purchased what I thought was broccoli salad. Whatever it was, it was extremely salty. I have supported this restaurant many times in the past. Service was good before. I don’t know what was going on there today. Extremely disappointed.
