Got a turkey classic …. was very dry and too sweet .. tasted like severls days old.. priced alittle high.. no coleslaw in sight .. customer service was good but will not come back…

There are two workers that never have orders ready on time. I never know when these two work so I always wait an extra 30 min to an hour to pickup in addition to the estimated wait time. Mind you I’m on a limited lunch break time so my time is that, limited. I placed at 3pm, had an estimated pickup time of 3:15-3:29pm and I get there at 4:00pm the place is empty and the older lady is confused when I get there and the other lady with glasses is on the side eating. They apologized for not seeing the order but why does this happen each time they both work? If it was a one time thing I’d understand, but this is a recurring issue with them. Terrible service when these two are on. Amazing service when the other ladies are on though, my order is always ready even ahead of time.

I placed an order for a prime rib to be picked up on Christmas Eve. It was paid for in advance. The day of pick up I called at 7am and verified pick up and upon arrival they stated prime rib was over sold and they gave my order away. I’m disgusted by the entire situation. I understand if it was sold but I even verified my order was there prior to driving there. I will never be ordering from Honey Baked again.

Be careful ordering from this Honey Bake ham location. I ordered a Cajun Turkey a month ago. Went to pick it up today 11/26/25 and was told that they were sold out.
A guy came from the back & said that he had one left. I told them that’s mine! I paid for it a month ago online. I did get the turkey with no receipt nor was it even labled.
I know that this is a busy time, but that staff needs training. I would think that any order pre-paid would be labeled with the persons name that bought it. Be careful pre-ordering from the Novi, MI location.

Ordered a prime rib and pre-paid it on November 27. Went to pick it up on December 24 noon as I specified. Guess what? They over sold prime ribs, so they didn’t have mine.
How can they screw up an order placed and paid a month ago?

One thing that I have always loved about the HBH co is that they put out a consistent bone in ham, however, for the first time I received an overcooked, inedible bone in ham. Their signature sweet golden crust was clearly overcooked, smelled like burnt marshmallows, and made the ham inedible. This is the first time I have ordered from this location, and have no complaints about the service or location, just about the quality control of their products.

I’ve never experienced customer service this rude. The employees at this Honey Baked Ham location acted like helping me was an inconvenience, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. Instead of being polite or welcoming, they were short, dismissive, and made it clear they didn’t want to be bothered. When you’re spending good money on food, the least you should get is basic respect. I won’t be coming back here, and I’ll be telling friends and family to avoid this location.

Not just for holidays, I like getting their ham slices by the pound and lunch sandwiches. Just a little disappointed that their normal choices of salads were not available, but with the fear keeping people from supporting businesses that is understandable. Have Coke products pop machine. Have eaten at these in 2 states. Never disappointed.

Went for lunch for the first time and it was fantastic! I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to have their lunch. The food was great, service was fast and friendly, and the store is very clean. Lunch was $9 with a drink, but worth every penny. Their hams are of course, also amazing. Highly recommend everyone stopping in for lunch.
