Beware if you pre-order something. Just because you pre-order that doesn’t mean that they hold your order for you. It’s still first come first serve.

I ordered a specific sized ham, arrived at the pre-arranges time only to find that they didn’t have what I ordered. How can that be? It’s first come first served. However, I was told that they would give me a bigger ham….for another $20. Classic bait and switch.

Preordered a bone in ham weeks ago. Show up at my reservation time to get my prepaid order and they’ve sold out? Why are they selling to walk in customers when they have prepaid orders set for pickup. They basically took my money and then double sold my product to someone else and left me to settle for a lesser product than what I ordered. Ridiculously poor customer service. Husband who pucked up said the woman who he believed to be the owner appeared confused about where our order was but did nothing to make it right got us. I preordered and prepaid for a specific product in a specific size because that’s what I wanted/needed. If I wanted to gamble with availability I would’ve just shown up (sadly I probably would’ve gotten what I ordered then since they sold it to a walk in). 120 dollars to not get what I wanted. Ridiculous. Avoid this place!!

When I went in there was only one person in front of me . So not busy they just opened maybe 1 hours ago .I asked for a pound of sliced roasted turkey. One employee Pulls it out of the fridge hand it’s to the employee checking me out she’s put in the bag charge me I walk out. Not a problem. I Had to turn back around because I looked down and seeing they gave me a smoked turkey. Not a big deal I turn around and walk back in. The lady who rung me up said how can I help you . I told her I was supposed to get a roasted and this is smoked . She turns around to look on the fridge behind her . The other employee that was walking out the door says they are all roasted that’s all we have it’s probably just labeled wrong.i said well I don’t like smoked . Well I get to my car try it and guess what it’s smoked . With they was the other employee acted I threw it away because that’s not what I ordered. It wouldn’t have helped to go back in. Since she knows it just labeled wrong .Luckily I only threw 17 dollars into the trash…

This was not a mix up . I tried to have them fix it before I even left . They employee told me they only have roasted and the lable was wrong. She just couldn’t admit that she made a mistake. It was a small mistake that they could have fixed easily. That she just didn’t want to do

Let’s just say dont pre order or prepay for anything from here. I pre-ordered a meal and prepaid they told me to pick a day and time to pick up. I chose Tues before Thanksgiving between 5 and 5:30. Sent a qr code to bring with me to pickup. I show up at 5. The place is busy, but moving fast. Get in the prepaid line they tell me too. So I give him my info, he searches and searches, finally grabs a ham, mumbling something. I was like I have a ham, turkey, 2 dressings, 1 Mac n cheese and a green bean. He looks confused. I show him my order. He grabs the turkey, mumbles something else. Then goes and brings back 2 sides. I’m like I need 2 dressings. He said you didn’t order dressings, I’m like I did and show him the order again, he leaves again and comes back and says their out. What do you mean your out? I pre-ordered and prepaid, you told me what time i had to pickup. He said 1st come 1st serve. I was like what? He said they already sold out. I was like why wasn’t my order packed and ready for my pickup time? No answer. So they presold food, but then allowed people to walk in and buy it without making their pre-orders. Then a lady came up and said it wasn’t their fault. What do you mean it isn’t your fault? Of course it is. Pre-orders come 1st. So they double sold everything and then acted like I was the problem because I was upset and also acted like I was inconveniencing them because I asked a refund for the missing side dishes and I still feel like $22 wasn’t enough. This was supposed to be an easy Thanksgiving as both my parents have been sick, but now, last minute we have to fight the stores and one of us will have to make the dressing we are missing. This is a horrible business practice if they do this every year. I’m not sure how they stay in business. But we won’t be back and I’ll tell everyone my experience at this location. Buyer beware. Also she said we’ll we just started calling people to let them know, by this time it was way after 5 and I still hadn’t received a call. Imagine your pick up time was tomorrow amd then you dont have time to get and prepare what’s missing.

Pre-ordered and paid hams and line is outrageous and moving very slow. And they say we may not get the sized ham we pre-ordered and paid for, while walk in traffic getting what they want via a shorter line. Not even halfway to the door 30 minutes in line. After 50 minutes in line, had to settle for a ham 2 lbs smaller than ordered and paid for. Yeah, we get refunded the difference someday, but doesn’t help feed all of our dinner guests as planned.

I reserved a dish and was still told it wasn’t available. That defeats the whole purpose of making a reservation. It really feels like my item was sold despite my order being in. Very disappointing — I cannot recommend this location.

The half ham that we bought for a Christmas party of 15 people was so awful. The seasoning was all clumped together and fell off to the bottom immediately, the ham was salty and not sweet at all like I’ve always known it to be. We bought two sides as well and they were very poor quality.They were sweet potatoes and loaded smashed potatoes, we won’t do that again. I’m not sure if their seasoning and process has changed, but this ham wasn’t the $98 ham I thought I was getting. I tried to call and talk to someone, for two days-couldn’t get thru. We still have over half the ham left. It was very disappointing. $117.78 we gladly paid, but we were expecting much better quality and taste.

Pick up the smoke turkey slices. They were very tasty. Everyone had seconds also had a turkey sandwich while I was delicious, not dry at all. Be sure to get the pickle on the side.

I picked up a ham and turkey two days before Thanksgiving. The line was long and it took a while but what do you expect? Everyone was working hard and it was mostly orderly. Long lines and a wait should be expected for a business that sees its order volume go up a million percent for one week a year. My only complaint is they should mark the lines a little more clearly. The food was great!
