Buyer beware, I picked up what I thought was going to be a great spiral ham for a Christmas gathering the next day. After opening the package I was shocked to find a very fatty non spiral cut ham that had very little flavor as there wasn’t any of the outer coating on the ham. This appeared to be a ham that had been there for while. We were definitely not satisfied with quality of this ham. When you pay over $92 for a ham you expect it to be awesome and not full fat.

I’ve popped in a few times lately and have had great service every time. While the food is delicious, I want to mention the employees. The associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s also seasonal employee time, which means training new associates so please remember that when you pop in. The woman who was in training today was great, she was friendly and will be a good addition to this store.

The service was great and the ham is always wonderful. My only complaint is that I ordered ahead and paid ahead expecting that my food would be prepared at my selected pick up time and I had to wait for quite a while for them to prepare it. And they don’t have a separate pickup line for pre pays. Otherwise we are totally satisfied.

I’m not here to complain about the product itself because it’s pretty good. The customer service at this location was total garbage!!!! The 2 ladies at the location in the AM on Nov 24th 2017 were unprofessional with lack of morning smiles. They were lazy and looked like they didn’t want to be there. The older lady might of been the manager, if that’s the case she need extensi e training on how to handle customers. I came in with an email for a free Bday sandwich and she didn’t like it one bit. It was like pulling teeth to get it. Totally pathetic

You can’t go wrong with honey baked ham. From just getting a lunch sandwich or getting a while ham this is the place to go for all you ham needs. Staff is very helpful and so nice!

This is worst Honey Baked Ham ever the service is bad. You can’t pre-order anything. Plus I wanted to make sure they have the sides I wanted and the the only thing the lady would say is that they don’t take pre-orders. I don’t like this store. I will drive to another Honey Baked Ham even if it is a hour away Just not to go to this place. These people are not helpful. Thanks.

As a result of a transaction this morning at this location my husband has stated he is never buying another Honeybaked Ham. The staff had lied to him on a previous visit about a quarter ham being available today and how we did not have to reserve one. Guess what! Not available today. And won’t be available before Christmas. Congratulations on the upsale. You just lost a customer. In addition, they took the coupon for a quarter ham instead of the half ham he ended up buying. So he not only felt lied to, he also felt cheated.
