We decided to pay ahead online this year for our Thanksgiving ham. My husband paid $75 for a 4-5lb boneless ham online and I went to pick it up today. The ham that they gave me was only 3.65 lbs and only totaling $60.19 on the sticker. We paid over $15 more online and didn’t even get close to what we paid for. I know paying ahead is convenient but I would consider waiting to pay when you get there so that you actually get what you paid for and not get screwed over like we did. Because you know, almost $17/lb isn’t enough to charge somebody, they also make sure to not even give you what you pay for. Lesson learned, I guess. Just wanted to warn others that this can happen when paying ahead.

Ordered a prime rib for Christmas Eve. We went to pick up today and were told they were out of prime rib, despite allowing us to place the order. They tried to talk us into a ham and sides despite knowing what our order was. We will never return.

Their service was very fast for it being December 23rd when I ordered it. There were only about 20 people in line. The Kentucky State Police were pretty friendly to me. My wife and son were with me and that sort of confused them, because I guess there were only 2 people allowed at a time. My wife cannot hear very good and they kept asking her if she needed to place an order, I had to tell them that she was with me and my son.
When we got home, we noticed that the ham appeared to be slightly burnt on the outside, which caused the glaze to taste charred. But the inside of it where the meat was tasted very good. The ham is a good price for the quality of the meat. I would definitely reccomend them and will be back next year. Thank you for your service to the community by providing hams for the Holidays.

PREORDERED a ham three weeks in advance for Christmas. Went to get it today and we were told the ham we PREORDERED was no longer available. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, terrible way to treat your customers that actually plan ahead yet you fail to hold up your end of the purchase. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache of a subpar business.

Poor customer service. Ordered a ham and wanted to pick it up one day early due to family issues with a loved one being in the hospital. Manager on duty wouldn’t allow it. Last time I deal with this company. Sub Par customer service. I would give -10 stars but it’s not an option.

This is only a review for their Ham. I’ve not been to the store but got one of their honey baked hams as a Christmas gift from my boss. I was skeptical because it was already sliced and baked, but once we heated it up and tried it, I was impressed. It was one of the best hams I’ve ever had. Maybe I just got lucky but it really was that good. I’ll definitely be buying from here in the future.

Seems like an offbeat experience, but it wasn’t awful. Pretty expensive for two cold sandwiches. Came in less than an hour before closing. They didn’t have several menu items. It was clear my family interrupted the staff’s preclose and, as such, were not very friendly about helping us navigate the menu since it was our first time there. Ended up getting cold sandwiches, hoping to get hot boxes. “Oven was closed”. Chicken salad was not fresh, it was bought in, processed, and had an onion flavor to it. Ham was soft, but I dont know if that’s a compliment. The bread was good, but may have been the same as other chains.

Really underrated lunch spot! I love their ham salad (my family teases me for how much I rave on it). Lots of high quality lunch meat and sandwiches. I’ve enjoyed and gifted hams from them also, but specifically a big fan of the ham salad.

We always have a yearly tradition of getting a huge bone in Honey Baked Ham every year for the holidays. It’s the center piece of our feast. Then, the bone and leftovers are used to make wonderful ham flavored dishes after the fact.
I will continue this family tradition as long as it is humanly possible. Because IMO this business has perfected Ham.
