Since the most Recent Remodel, Pizza Hut in Springhill has lost all of its character. The staff there has been nice, The food is typical Pizza hut. They sauce the wings good, but lack on topping quantity on pizza’s ESPECIALLY sauce. A extremely thin layer of sauce (even if it is for cost savings) is just unacceptable. Charge $1 more for the pizza and have it not be a dry mess. I miss the days when Pizza Hut was the SPOT to bring the fam and have an UNFORGETABLE Dine-in experience. Not the case anymore. Hell, The soda fountain doesn’t even work, and hasn’t for quite some time. the Owner of this particular Franchise Location should be ashamed. You are tearing down your fine employees by having such a Soleless, Heartless, Bland, and somehow Run down location. -even though the Remodel was only a few years ago.
Please, For the sake of the experience for long time returning customers, Such as myself. DO BETTER.

Every time I have had an interaction with this place it’s been terrible. I called today hoping for a carry out order and the woman on the phone by the name of kai or something similar answered and asked me if i was doing delivery or carry out, i said carry out and she said they currently aren’t doing either. I said okayyy and asked if I could come up there and place an order. She then proceeded to tell me their closed then hung up on me. Always TERRIBLE service.

Pizza Hut, you’ve got to do better. You need a crew that has customer service skills, as well as food service skills. For them to be rude to regular customers, uncalled for. I also got hung up on when I called the store. I’ll be leaving an official complaint with your offices, not just a Google review.

Is it common for Pizza Hut to try to steal from their customers? Order placed by phone. Paid on debit card at time of purchase. Receipts and bank records confirm this. Yet they show up over an hour later demanding “the rest of the money”. Bad enough I have involved the local police dept.

Since they renovated the place, it’s been an ok place to sit and eat as long as it isn’t busy. They say your order will be ready by a specific time, yet when arriving at that time, it isn’t ready and you end up waiting up to 45 extra minutes. If you are a door dash driver, alot of times they tag there own delivery to a doordash driver and you only get the $2 base no matter the distance. Also they accidentally tag to doordash and change it forcing you to unassign yourself and mess up your ratings along with wasting your time and gas getting to the store. Attitudes have drastically declined since the last renovation.

I called about 4:40 pm, spoke with the answering service, asked about the daily special and placed an order for carry out from the Springhill, LA location. Upon order completion, I was advised my order would be ready at 5:04pm and total payable at pickup would be $16 and some change. At 5:05pm I arrived at the pickup window and was asked to pay $27 and some change, and advised the answering service must not have applied the pricing for the daily special and the manager refused to make the adjustment. She said I had to call back and ask the call center to redo the order. So, I pulled away from the window, parked and called. The store answered (not the call center). We laughed and then I called back and reached the call center. The representative immediately transferred my call to the store when I said I needed to make a change to my order. He didn’t even let me finish what I was saying before switching me over. By this time I was beyond frustrated and it’s now 5:30pm. Changing tactic, I got online and created a new order. Then, I returned to the pickup window, waited a few minutes to be greeted. Now it’s 5:45pm. The employee confirmed the correct total and finally passed the order through the window. That whole charade was ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS! By the time I got home to eat, the food wasn’t fresh because it was probably made at 5pm. There are only two pizza places in this tiny village: Pizza Hut and a locally owed joint. I’ll not be returning to Pizza Hut. I’m only giving my time and money to a business who deserves it by providing good customer service.
