Stopped here today for lunch. Around 2:45. There was a man who took our order and was very nice. Brought us our food and had such a wonderful attitude. It was nice to sse that kind of service. We will definitely be back!

Several employees have gotten lunch from there on 4 different days this week. Everyone has commented about how good theirs was! Everything was extremely fresh! When we ordered ahead, our order was ready and waiting upon arrival. When we just showed up and ordered, service was prompt and very professional. Each meal has been an all-around great experience!

Well, I used my buy one get one free coupon today for 2 sandwiches. First, I was charged for both even after showing the guy my scanned code. Secondly, I got a side of potato salad which was about 1/4 of the way filled. The guy said he was short handed today but wow.

I have been coming to Honey Baked Ham stores for years. There are some stores that make sandwiches and these sandwiches are very good. I ordered a tavern sandwich combo as what I usually ordered from the Clearwater, Florida store was not on the menu. However, they will customize any sandwich to your liking so you will not be disappointed. You can eat in the store or take it with you.

Ordered food for office last minute due to cancellation of another caterer. Honeybaked Ham came through in a moment’s notice. The manager, Ms. Reese, called about the order to confirm. They did an outstanding job. Could not be happier with the quality of food and the service. Even followed up after the order was delivered. Highly recommend. She certainly helped me in a bad situation. I would try to give them time on orders and grace but in this situation they were outstanding.

I ordered a ham online for pick up on another day. I was charged $57 for a 3-4lb boneless ham. When I picked it up, I waited in the online pickup line, 1 register, as the walk-in orders had 3 registers open. Some people that came in when I did, placed their order, paid and was gone before I was. When it was my turn, they scanned the code, bagged up the ham and I was out. When I arrived home , I found I had been given a $46 ham. ( I should have verified before leaving the store) I trusted Honey Baked to provide what I paid for, obviously I was wrong to trust them.
Terribly disappointed. I will reevaluate before my next purchase.

Sadly this is the worst location in Alabama. Everytime you go to this location after 4pm or 5pm for a normal working individual getting off work for a SALAD – they’re out of items, need to prep pickled onions and etc…( no spring mix, no cheese,) It’s sad that I can only have a salad while in Vestavia by the office or must buy 2 and bring it home but don’t have the luxury of stopping at the one 4.7 miles from my home to get a fresh salad. I wouldn’t make this review except this has happened 3 times in the past 6 mths…. Sad just sad – just close this one down…….
